The worst place to take ur car. There’s only 1 guy you can rely on and we’ll help you fully with a smile. But the rest of the staff. Don’t even get close. I have never been disappointed and disrespected as much as I’ve treated in this place

Best in class service center, professional supervisors, sometimes they didnt test the car properly and maybe coz I was asking to finish my car urgently as they are not providing a replacement car...even the car model is 2015 but they should at least consider the service history and treat the customer differently...this is my personal opinion and over all...I woukd highly recommend them to any infinity owner

The prepaid maintenance was expedited on July, and I lost 2750 dirhams.But the price for the same maintenance is 3500, then I not made the service there.I do not recommend.

A little bit expensive but have infinity approved service work shop. Drop off facility is available on request. Very polite n cooperative staff n service advisors. One can rely the service they provide.

I dont think they know what they are doing... As they tell you to change the part and you say no... then next service after another check, this part is magically back to perfect condition... Happened like 3 times...

I am a customer of Al Massaoud for 10+ years for a reason, but Infiniti Service in Mussafah is probably their most efficient and customer-friendly department. If you want hassle free ownership, byu the Infiniti, sit back and enjoy. I have had many situations when they proved to be helpful. Highly recommended.
