Service advisor is excellent and the customer service are perfect.Feel relax in female waiting area.Social distancing is implemented,I prefer to be with that service center area. Appreciated.

Had my FJ Cruiser for a service and it was completed very professionally. The out of service work was communicated to me with pictures and the work was carried out in a decent time. Worth the money spent.

The service at the wave showroom mussaffah was much better than this one. Its more spacious there and overall a better job.

After you give car 3 to 4 hours to give you back car .They shoukd tell you before appointmet so that you cancome with 3 to 4 spare hours.there is only small waiting room upstair .i went back soending 40 pounds in taxi and 40 coming back

Good location. Service agents are less they are struggling to finish customers time to time. Easy to access and get your car serviced quick if you have appointment.

They are not providing complete information special when you already pid to them for service in advance and also when you have any voice in car they are trying to escape ,

One of the worst Service center i have ever visited , i bought my car and the tyre sensor is damaged they keep fixing it and still the same and now they refuse to fix because i didnt complain about before, very nice.
