My BMW sedan needed an airfilter change, i got it done for 10% of the charge at ADNOC. These guys are good. Only issue is the timing of your visit, if you’re lucky there’s no waiting

I took my car last week to Bridgestone Autoserv in ADNOC Smart in Al Mushrif area.. where I changed my car tires..In general the service was quick and good .. the service was done in less than one hour..They have a nice waiting area upstairs where you can have a cup of coffee and see you car downstairs.. The technician who worked in my car was so quick & friendly (I am note sure he is Pilipino or Nepali). But I liked his comportment and kindness.

Very convenient place to get basic vehicle maintenance done quickly. Changed a light bulb and wipers and the whole process took about 20 minutes. Professional service and at convenient location.

Finally my car got fixed after several attempts on different places! Need to praise the ADNOC employees starting from reception to the technicians who dealt with my car! Politely responded to my request and made the job done! Thanks a lot!

I would not recommend anyone to go there. Max limit for engine oil in my Passat is 5.5- 6liters, not sure how the mechanic put 7liters of 5w 30 instead of recommended 5w 40? Extra oil in the engine can damage the engine. Now they are not even attending the calls. Totally unprofessional.

The location was closed at 12:04 PM today... I dont think Google allows the hour of operation to account for the mid-day break for Friday Prayers. I think this place is closed from 12:00-15:00 on Friday. Even though the ADNOC website said it was open until 13:00. I hope theyll be open later today at 15:00 as stated on the ADNOC website.

I took my car for repair here a few times. Its expensive and takes too long. Plus, they didnt fix the problems in my car properly.

They don’t serve oil change for Audi. I have to go all the way to Musaffah !!! Most of car wash in Musaffah provide the service why on earth Adnoc doesn’t provide this service !!!?!

I got a car service- i asked them to reset my system which they never did. My car keeps saying service overdue when i just had one. I am currently trying to contact ADNOC and have been on hold for 37 minutes now. This is ridiculous!!!!!

First of all its NOT 24hr services, 2nd they only offer battery and oil changing and tire repairs.. ADNOC team please do this misleading information because it waste people time.
