Great experience! I went there a couple of times and the last time I got my little sister with me , she had a hair mask and a blow dry. Great manicure and pedi for kids. All in all a great service and lovely stuff.

Well I will definitely advice you not to get your hair cut here she was very condescending and did not listen to a word you say. I ended up with a hair style that I did not want . Plus she kept trying to sell me things that I already have at home and would not listen if you tell her I have that at home. but I would definitely advice anyone to have your nails done here very professional I am very happy with my nails.

Prima Salon staff will force you to take 4 services or 5 services package and charge you first without even giving all the services. Later they will give only 2 or 3 services because of pre booked appointments or busy staff and for rest they will ask you to come later and if for any reason you are not able to go within time limit your money is gone.In my case I just went to take hair mask and staff forced me to take mani pedi as well because that day mani pedi staff was free so they charged me for 4 services package and few days later when I went to claim for other 2 services they told me its expired. Its truly unprofessional. Why dont they start taking payment only after all 4/5 services are delivered. Truly disappointed and feeling cheated.

I did hair protein and it was not good, it made my hair look thin and oily after the service.Before doing several times I confirmed with them it should make feel volume and should be curly..Paid and lost the money,,, really Im disappointed.

The workers here has the worst attitude towards the customers. I have seen another customer being done with a different hair colour that she asked for. They would talk within themselves in their native language while attending to the customers which is very disturbing when you go for a hair spa. They desparately tried to sell off their hair spa products to me and when I made it clear that I am not interested in their products, their attitude changed completely as if I was a great burden to them while doing my hair.

Super friendly and happy staff. I had Moroccan, then they put in keratin and I had a massage while it set, then they finished off the keratin. Nice massage in a room closed off with full height walls rather than some places with a partition so you can hear the main salon. Clean salon with efficient service. Some really good package deals if you look on facebook. Overall very happy, but most impressive were the friendly staff.

Very disappointed with the wax service, I question whether the ladies have had any proper training or hold any accredited qualifications. Literally whole sections of my legs left unwaxed, and wax residue left all over me, which they just smother with oil to remove the stickiness but the wax is still there. It was a Groupon deal so it was cheap but now I’m probably going to have to go pay someone else to get all the hairs that they missed!

Extremely unprofessional staff..I took the package service n 2 services was still pending while its over 1 month they do not accept yo do the remaining services. I did waxing n the skin has become dark now. Not at all happy with the services

First timw i went with a voucher for manicure and pedicure. The one who attend me did a nice job. Second time i asked for tje same person to do man and ped and they told me that if i want her i couldnt use the voucher. On the other and this second time I booked for haircut and the person who cut my hair didnt have idea how to do it. It doesnt have any shape at all and look terrible.

Sindhu is good at threading but unfortunately she was busy so had another staff do threading for me and she did a very bad job, instead og threading she mostly used tweezers and didnt even do a clean job.

The AC was broken and in the next room someone was having her hair treated or something which caused a very strong suffocating smell coming through to the mani pedi room. I got light headed due to the smell and lack of oxygen combined. The service wasn’t very good either. It’s not a place to relax and feel like you’ve gone to a salon. Bad experience overall.

I came from Groupon, they asked me to pay additional 150 AED on top of it for a better quality keratine.When I washed it off my hair looks completely dry, no where straight, I never seen it in such a bad condition.Staff doesnt speak English well, and they are just looking to get your money,I paid to destroy my hair, never go there!Dont do this mistake
