I did nail extensions. They charge me over the price thats on the website. Also the nail technician french nail extension is on the website 245. They charge me 420 dirham . Not worth it at all coz the next day the nail already got damaged. They just wanna charge u allot with poor service. Last time visiting

I know the salon time for closing is 9 pm I call several time even from different number now anyone answering - we the time is late for any service at less some answering the clients calls number of staff in the reception more than hair service staff

They washed my hair so harshly i felt my hair ripping and when i went back home i saw bald spot. And when they were waxing my leg, it started bleeding everywhere and they did not help.and i was laying there with blodd over me.

Receptionist was very rude, they had me pay for a service I didn’t ask for , they way she handled the issue was really bad. If you’ve been doing your job right you wouldn’t have made the mistake in the first place. Management should definitely be changed since they don’t know how to deal with customers, unfortunate experience definitely not coming back again!

My go to spa since 2014 I try other places but always seem to come back here. I’m almost never disappointed in any service i get I’ve done massages, manicure pedicures, lash extensions they were all good but the Moroccan bath wasn’t that good it seemed like the lady was angry she wasn’t friendly at all so I just do my baths else where. Anyways I would highly recommend this spa

It’s a nice salon, they have good services except for the fact that their senior hairstylist (R) or whatever they call them do not know how to do their job. She told me she could dye my hair then halfway thru the told me the color is not achievable after half burning my hair with bleach. I went home with green-ish and brass colored hair. I went back today to get it fixed and she bleached it further, absolutely damaging my hair, I can’t even brush it without having so much of it falling!!! And then after all that she tells me she “shouldn’t have done it from the beginning”! Maybe invest in your staff make them attend courses and trainings :)

This saloon is clean and hygienic. The nail technician are very friendly and their service is very professional. They would always give me the shape and color i’m looking for. Their prices are pretty average. It is unpleasant sometimes when the staff are a bit pushy in selling their products.

I like tips and toes, their membership was a great investment for me. Good massage therapists, tried 3 different ones they were all great. Most of the hair stylists are good as well, I say most because I always get my hair done there and Im almost never disappointed except with this one lady that was so heavy handed she gave me a neck strain and I couldnt look right for a few days. Finally the manicures and pedicures are great. The ladies working are very friendly but some them keep trying to persuade to buy and try treatments Im not interested in, I guess its their job but at some point it gets annoying. In summary I like tips and toes you should go there.

They do a very good job in hair cuts but their prices have doubled in less than a year. A hair cut now with a senior hair dresser is 280 AED while it was 130 AED recently.

The lady for turkish hamam refuses to do me turkish hamam as i usually do it in khalifa branch with the black soap and this is how they treat customers. FYI if it wasnt for the member ship i would have never ever come to this salon on how rude they treat customers refusing to do a service that i booked for in advance

Hello , I had a bad experience on Tuesday 3rd of July , one of the hair technician burned out my hair completely with bleach (huda) , keeping it on for way too long , what happened was she got busy with another client , and came to check after and she’s like ooopss your hair reacted pretty fast it’s so white , eeehhh and rushed me to the sink .. she kept trying to apply tons of toners not just one to cover the mistake , the hair is completely burned out , it didn’t work whatsoever , she kept washing my hair roughly and pulling and rinsing she was panicking, I didn’t understand what was happening at the time , after a while she put a towel on , and started drying up my hair , my hair was completely white with little white grey shades and it looked burned , you can’t put your hands in from how burned out it was ,it kept breaking in her hands , and I was like panicking and yelling what’s happening, she was like I don’t know what’s wrong with your hair , she’s like stop you’re making me more nervous, I’m like my hair is not ok , something is wrong , she’s like no your hair is fine as always , when you wash it with jerika the hair assistant , it falls out the same way, I’m like NO . She kept saying she was tired , she didn’t sleep right the night before.I rushed to a hair specialist the next day , she took one look at my hair and said your hair is burned out, not much I can do but cut it out , but unfortunately it’s the top part that got burned out , and ohhh ya I been hospitalized for the burned out scalp . I’ll post the picture.I called the management of tips and toes Mohammed bin zayed city or some Arabic lady who supposedly is in charge , I think her name is (rania), she kept throwing off the blame on me , saying I was getting all sort of service with huda, why am I complaining now .. I’m like it’s serious , she kept brushing it off .. she didn’t help me at all. All the other services they do it fine , just stay away from there saloon for hair , because obviously they don’t care👎👎👎💔💔

Today 29/9/2018 I had very bad experience in Mohammed bin Zayed branch in hair section they are cheating when they finish the service they tell me to puy for asenior service and I didnt ask for asenior and this is the second time they do the same in the first time I complain to the supervisor and she didnt do anything just she apologized and today she ask me to go to other branch.Today 9/10/2018 I want to thank Ms.Yasmina for her investigation and feedback and also I want to thank Mrs. Malik in Khalifa branch for her excellent effort in hair section I appreciate her work
