My favorite beauty salon in town! Amazing ladies & services

I did protein hair treatment with Hana and she was amazing. Ive been to many salons and the experience with her was the best so far. Shes very professional and does it very gently. On the other hand, my only concern about the salon is the prices, a little high for some things and its not fixed. Please ask about pricing before doing the service so you dont get a surprise upon payment.

The services are fine but theyre playing with the prices. Theyd advertise an offer, then when you go there and pay, theres a surprise as theyd charge you twice as what the offer says. Suddenly the offer doesnt include anything almost which they never tell you in advance. Its always a surprise when you come to pay. Better to go somewhere else where the prices are clear

Please be advised that this salon only give 48 hours guarantee on any of there products or services. So technically when you walk out the door and they have received your money they don’t care. I’ve done gellish with them and after 7 days two nails popped off. Asked if they can fix it and was happy to , but at a fee. I would NOT recommend aftercare here and obviously the customer doesn’t matter but the money does. Both times I was there the bill also didn’t add up and little extras was added , prior to previous establishments about prices. Not a happy customer and I will for sure NOT go back any time soon !!!!! Be Aware !!!!!!!!

Everyone there is so kind and sweet. Moroccan bath is lovely, great blow dry and threading, massage is exquisite, perfect at waxing and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Mani & padi is lovely too.

If its not for the Groupon.. DO NOT use their services. The staff are great, but if you wanna add on any other services which not what youve purchased from the Groupon then dont! The work theyve done shouldnt have cost me 90 dhs just for cleaning my nails from gellish (++ 58 dhs for removing the gellish for hands and feet without cleaning), 15 dhs for ONE flower sticker on one nail nor the 100 dhs to just blow dry hair without styling it after the morrocan bath, all these prices was not informed prior to their services like any other salons around (though it was my fault for guessing for such salon wouldnt charge me beyond believe). Feel like they just made up the prices to their liking... way too pricey and not worth it. Shouldnt have left a salon feeling like Ive got riped off from mehhhh services/salon. If you really insist in trying their services..make sure you do agree with their prices at first.

Very bad hair service and staff Uncooperative they did my hair for 900aed and its very bad color they damage my hair ( noura hairstyle) its not recommended at allI paid 830aed and without blow dry and i ask for ash color and this is the results

Very distinct and varied services. From Moroccan bath, massage, hair cutting, laser and make-up. You do not need another salon, all services are available. I also thank the management and the employees for the good handling and the distinguished services. Honestly, if I could rate more than 5 stars, I wouldnt hesitate.
