It was my first visit to Golden looks. I got manicure & pedicure done by Suzy & haircut by Sena.Both were good at their jobs. I love my new hairstyle.

The service was good and the beauticians were good as well, however, I had a very bad experience with the lady in the reception. From the moment I called them for appointment her tone of voice was not friendly, and when I reached there, she’s not good in accommodating which is a must for a receptionist in any business. I was happy with the result of the service I got. Then the horrible thing happened, I gave her (receptionist) 1,000 dirhams and I got busy with my mobile because my husband was calling me. Then she gave me change for 500 dhs I told her that I gave 1,000 and she insisted that I just gave 500 and showed me the cash box that there’s no 1,000. I don’t know how it happened, but I’m sure that I gave her 1,000 because I know what’s inside my wallet. I just left because I don’t have proof that I gave 1,000 since she doesn’t have it on the cash box, so I just thought to let it pass and God knows the truth.

The staff make this place what it is, friendly, professional, very good at what they do, been a regular and never been disappointed with service.Giving 4 stars this time instead of 5 as they dont have wifi available any more, sometimes we spend hours in the salon and it would be great to have access to wifi

God I just find out a superb affordable beauty and hair salon in Shabia.Guys I did a hair treatment Keratin,and trust me it was beautifully done by their team..My hair is superb curly and frizzy at that moment and they did their magic touch and really it went well.. Shenay Main hair stylist was my hair dresser she analysed and given a makeover to my hair, was amazed by the texture..They analyse and suggest what is best for ur hair.Thank you golden looks teams..Im just speachless by the effect they given me.
