I had an amazing keratin for my hair with the hairstylist laila, im very happy with the results she did a very good job. and my eyebrows done by fasila a very good work even through i need to be extra careful for my eyebrows, had an amazing moroccan bath as well with her. Highly recommend this salon, worth more than the price you are paying for.

Services are good. The manager was very friendly. I took the Eid Package which was very lavish in itself. Kristen gave me very good massage- very soothing and relaxing. Mamta had soft silky hands that gave just the right facial. And not to forget Laila who gave me beautiful highlights. I wish it was a little more organised, everything was hap-hazard. Overall experience is great!

One of the worst places and experiences I have ever encountered for the following reasons:Manicures and pedicures where sloppy and unprofessional and damaging to nails. The tools are not sanitized, the towels old and reused in an unsanitary way and the place smells of mold. The blow dry is excessive and hair damaging and to top it off they dont listen to the costumers. All that and its overpriced. The attitude of the manager towards the complaints was standoffish and rude.I will never go to this place again. And u do not recommend anybody to do so except the municipality inspectors. I was looking for a relaxing experience and ended up more stressed than when I went in.Please note that most of the staff you see in the pictures are not working there anymore and on their ig account most of the pictures are stock pictures. Most deceiving unfortunately
