Residential Building with a good view of city.

I used to love living here but lately there has been really bad smell coming from the ac vents and ventilation duct in thr bathroom. It is either because of incorrect duct planning or poor maintenance. The maintenance teams comes and gives quick fixes but the smell still persist. The smell is really really bad and when it comes you cannot stay in that room. Not worth paying so much premium to live here

We used to come here just to cut my husbands hair in salon next to al maha tower. I saw the tower was nice next to the salon and mosque.

Good location, small areas, prices above market rates
