Beautiful building, modern, bright and with nice finishes. We had some humidity problems but was gone after a couple of days. Staff very helpful and nice. Facilities are very good although still not everything is open. The building has been open only for a few weeks so some teething issues are to be expected. All in all highly recommended, especially if you get view of the city skyline, amazing

We moved in about a week ago and we are actually loving our apartment. Personally, we haven’t felt any issues with humidity and usually I’m extremely sensitive to these issues, as I have a chronic illness. However, we have only been happy! It’s a beautiful building in a very convenient location with a modern, fresh style. The staff in the building have been fantastic and so helpful, especially Shuja. I am sure that the others who have experienced humidity issues will have them fixed efficiently. It’s just a matter of speaking to the right people, as some of the management team are inattentive but others great. It’s the same situation in all companies! We are very happy here, so calm, serene and central.

We moved in about one month ago. Im so happy about my appointment the view is good and all the people that work in the building are very friendly. Also if we have any problem we just give them a call and they come to fix it. We haven’t had any issues with humidity at all. The outlook of the building is nice also from inside it gives me a modern look. The location is perfect for me near to everything .

Miss Suja provided great support for me when I was moving in. She responded quickly to all of my requests including sending the floor plans by WhatsApp.

Visited a friend that lives here and honestly couldn’t even stay for dinner. The humidity indoors is suffocating and apparently has been an ongoing problem despite informing management. Honestly shocked nothing has been done about considering we live in the UAE. I don’t think these conditions are hygienic, healthy or bearable.

Living in this property for the last 6 days and I can say everything is almost greatMaintenance team which Aswaq property management works is probably the best you can find in uae in all aspects.Building management team attend all my problems promptly and fix them right awayTo be honest with this maintenance and management team, building deserves slightly higher than average prices as they always give me a hassle free tenancy experience (I was a tenant with them for 4 years) comparing to what I hear from experiences (horror stories) of other property management companies.I was initially worried a bit with humidity problem raised in reviews but did not feel anything after 1 full day of no airconditioning post pest control and after I move in so I suggest people check before they believe in reviews here.Balconies are the best size balcony you can have in uae. Floor plans are also almost perfect for the 3 bedroom I live in. Dont even need to mention the views or quality of the workmanship as it is best in uae. I feel like Aswaq learns from their mistakes in their previous buildings and enhance the experience each new building they come up with.The only thing I wish different for this building is size of the kitchens. The number of cabinets is not suitable for a family flat. They could have added a bit more cubboards in the usable areas.

We officially moved in on August 10th. The humidity, as echoed by the other tenants, is horrendous and unbearable at times unless running the AC all day and night. Also, we have not had Gas turned on for more then 3 weeks now and are cooking with 1 induction burner despite frequent emails to the landlord. Anyone else have this issue or only us?Update: Management has been accommodating and followed up frequently since we raised the above issues.

Don’t be fooled by the modern style and design. They spend all their money and time on the look without any attention to the living conditions of the apartments. The humidity in the building is a mess!!!! How can a building in the UAE allow their tenants to suffer with the humidity IN THEIR OWN APPARTMENT?!

Do not move in this building! We moved in 1 week ago and we have issues with humidity. The humidity inside the apartment is around 90%. All our clothes are wet and damaged. The building management is not doing anything to fix it. We had to buy a dehumidifier so we can breathe inside the apartment and even with that the humidity is 73% which is crazy high! Additionally the garbage chute has been stuck for days and we don’t have where to throw the trash. Such a “fancy” building, but horrible inside.

Lovely building if it wasnt for the extremely high level of humidity.Clearly there are some insulation issues that need to be resolved.

Good response time to move in teething problems

Apartments are nice and cozy but the humidity is actually really bad visited a friend for dinner there my wife came with straight hair and left with curly , she was not happy . The apartments are great the humidity 👎👎👎Shame
