I live in the same building and I have a very good view from my apartment. And its a very nice place to live...the entrance is mostly appreciated by the guests of the building.

● Lived in this tower for 2 years and its safe here. They check new comers to assure safety for everyone● Staff are friendly● Food delivery services can easily address the tower● The Hall is always clean and smell good unlike many towers I saw in corniche● No one bothers you from the people around. The community living here are respectful which is great too.Overall, a great place to stay and live peacefully

NEVER EVER - DAMAC Marina Bay Towers have a tie up with RADIANT UTILITIES DISTRICT COOLING SERVICES L.L.C which was the only option for me. I vacated the place 4 months ago, paid all my bills on time and still i didnt receive my deposit. There was an constant follow up - waiting patienlty for their positive resposne and nothing as such has been received till date. This is very unfair - disappointing and losing my patience on this. Being a big gaint like DAMAC - Should have a done a proper background check or reputation of the 3rd party company they are in contract with... !!!! Do not associate yourself with DAMAC Marina Bay or any of DAMAC Properties. It has been 8 months since I moved from DAMAC Marina Bay and I have not received my security deposit (AED 1000) for the chiller even though all the dues are settled. No one respond to calls or emails. It is the worst run customer service I have experienced to date. I have had enough of this. No one responds from damac properties even though they are aware of the matter. I am escalating this on social media so people are aware of this.

One of the Best building in Reem but you have to carefully select the flat layout as every flat is different in design.

The apartments smell like sewage due to the constant plumbing and AC issues that the building has (we know because all our neighbours complained). With respect to the AC, Damac recently engaged a new service provider called Radiant Utilities which cannot be found anywhere on the Internet and cannot be contacted through any means. We have been trying for months to get our clearance so that our ex-landlord can return our security deposit to no avail. No replies from Damac either by phone or email (not really surprising, their reputation speaks for itself). Recommend you look somewhere else to live as you will be plagued with maintenance issues and non-existent customer support.Update: It is now 8 months since I moved and they still havent returned my deposit. Dont be fooled by the Response from the owner these people care about nothing, that is just a PR stunt.

Thank you so much to leadership. Recently in the house did update. The swimming pool, sauna, corridors, and lights were renovated. Now it has become much more pleasant to come back to home.

My husband and I moved in marina bay 1 in Dec.Its a brand new building the first tenant arrived Nov. 2016We arrived Dec. 2016Weve had numerous problems with toilets, leaky sinks, doors that dont open properly, mold in the master bedroom closet, patio doors that dont lock properly.Most of which I can tolerate as its a new buildingWhat I find appealing is that they refuse to turn the natural gas on for the stove until the building is nearly fullWe were promised the gym would be open in one month from the time we moved in. Only to find as of now Feb 2017 it hasnt even began to be builtWe were told we would have a proper parking space in January as of yet nothingThe window cleaners are a joke they make more mess than there worthThe maintenance people cannot speak to you do to language barriers even to begin to understand the issuesI had feces leaching from my toilet onto the bathroom floor due to improper instalationThe workmanship in this building is shoddy to say the leastThe hall areas are not kept clean as one would expect in a brand new buildingOverall if I would have known the problems ahead of time there is no way I would have moved hereThe only thing I have going for me is a beautifull view of the mangroves

LITERALLY THE WORST BUILDING YOU CAN EVER TAKE IN REEM ISLAND!!!!It’s so NOISY!!!! I’m getting mental in here!!!!! I can’t wait for the day I’ll move out from this place! There is NO WAY that you can sleep or even sit in silence in your own house!!! There’s a truck working 24/7 NON-STOP in front of the building. NO ONE gonna tell you about it!! And they will NEVER stop working. Because the building is so fake that they have to come and collect the drainage water every 20 MIN!!! Literally! And this the nosiest truck I’ve ever heard in my life. I put soundproof sponges on my bedroom glass but ITS NOT HELPING. There’s no help for that.You’ll have one of the rudest and disrespectful neighbors you can ever have in your entire life. Zero respect to your parking spaces, rules and noisy!!! Useless security. They don’t do anything. They’re just like “oh ok, we’ll give them a warning” OH WOW! They really cared now, WOW that solved my problems!!!!The building itself is so fake. When you enter the lobby you’ll see golden/cream colour nice couches, smell a nice perfume feels like 5 star hotel!!! BUT DO NOT FALL FOR THIS TRICK!!!!Inside the apartment you’ll regret. You can’t even hang pictures in your walls that’s how fake it is. I have no idea how our curtains can still stay until now. Anything you touch it’s breaking!!! And it’s just a 5 year old building!BONUS: Management CARELESS. He doesn’t do anything but get his salary by doing nothing. Doesn’t care about complaints. Parking problems, and that’s one of the biggest issue. Seriously even though it’s a PRIVATE PARKING people they just don’t care because at the end they know they won’t get in trouble!I WISH I COULD GIVE -10000 RATING I SWEAR. THAT’S HOW MUCH I HATE THIS BUILDING, THAT’S HOW WORTHLESS IT IS. WHOEVER BOUGHT A HOUSE FROM HERE (1 million 200k AED for one bedroom?!!?! Seriously?!!!?!?!!) I FEEL PITY FOR THEM!
