Rubbish tower waste of money I would give zero rating also fab is useless after u pay the rent they will no longer answer you BE AWARE EVERYONE!!!!

This place seemed nice when we first decided to move here and we saw a lot of families with kids but over the months most have left. Im sure maintenance can be better but the biggest issue is FAB! They are excruciatingly painful to deal with and their staff are unprofessional and unfriendly.The security and the maintenance manager here trot around as though they own the place. They come up with weird rules all the time. Yesterday we were told that kids will no longer be allowed to play outside with their bikes. There was no circular issued and this is just another day here. A few days back, one of the security personnel was accused of yelling at children and using foul language.For a simple parking request, I had to DM the corporate Twitter account in order to get them to respond. Such is the apathy with which they treat their tenants.We pay a lot of money to stay here and yet have to suffer. If FAB couldn’t care less and cant help their tenants, then I wont be renewing our lease or stepping foot into another FAB property ever again.FAB properties is the worst property management company in Abu Dhabi. I hope the owner can hand the property over to some other agency and see the difference.

I do not advise anyone to deal with them. There is a person called Barshand, who is in charge of maintenance, who contacts the police if a dispute arose between you and him and a complaint was filed by First Abu Dhabi Bank, which manages the property, but they didn’t do anything at all

The facility area is not good enough; especially the swimming pool is small

Super noisy with a ton of construction

Worst building maintenance management ,useless maintenance company and especially the manager ,parking is a mess people parking randomly the security let rendom people park even non residents FAB aware of the issues and they just ignoring theresidents/tenants concerns ,dangerous unsafe playground for kids , lots of facility damages, no regular inspections and repairs, very sad to see building like this managed like that, probably we will not renew our contract for next year .I will not recommended to anyone .

I love Seaside Tower, because of the facilities maintained one of the most prestigious and well known FM company in Dubai, INAYA Facilities Management Services....

Very nice view and calm part of the city. Luxurious for sure and full of facilities of different kinds

I dont know from where to start .. from tiny rooms to No privacy,You will not only hear the neighbors in your home , the balconies are next to each other , even if someone smoking in the building, the whole building will smell like smokeConstruction noises at 3 AM and all around the day .. expected to last up to 2023..

Great place, good view, comfortable apartments, there is a gym, pool, underground parking on two levels! There is security in the lobby, no one will go out without knowing, and no one will go into the parking lot without the knowledge of the guard!
