Apartment stinks every day for 2 to 3 hours at a specific time. The management is aware of this and they do nothing about it. Every complaint to the maintenance, they will blame it on AC and drainage cleaning alternately. Nothing improves. Most stinky stay.

Nice place to live in with all facilities included. But when it comes to cleanliness, the apartment management seems doesnt care. Garbage compartment and lift for tenants is the way too dirty and smells so bad. No one taking care of that.And also there is maintenance issue about a big leakage in our unit. Already taking this issue to management, but no one cares. Engineer just came and do nothing. Dissapointed.

Don’t judge the book by the cover look is exactly what can be told about this development! It looks great from the outside, however the services which we pay for far more than other projects are just poor! Provis which provides the service management for the development can never win any bid outside AlDar development projects. AlDar is of course the mother company of provis!Imagine a common elevator spare part replacement takes 2-3 weeks to be done!!!! What a shame!

Much bade lifts 30 minutes normally waiting

Only bad point is occasionally slow lift. Only Sun and Sky facilities rival gate tower/arc, I prefer gate/arc because its not so exposed as sun/sky is. There are no opening windows or balconies in the 3 gate towers. 2 bed in arc have balconies if thats important to you.

Full and dirty elevator as always. Smell all over the aisle. Cleaner was not doing their job well. Bad management system when dealing with maintenance issue. Gym area and poll are just the best side of this tower, others not

I don’t recommend renting at this property at all! All A/C systems are not working properly and apartment is boiling with all this summer heat it’s the worst.

Gate Tower-3 is dump! Dont come to live here for the below reasons:-1-The high zone elevator is taking 15 min average to come, and it comes fullllll. 35 floor and each floor is having 14 flat minimum = 500 flat ,are served with three elevators only, and one is defected)2- Do not live in the floors 38,37,36,34, as am living in the 36th floor and the sewage flys are attacking my house and the comon areas ( all photos are with me but not for sharing) it seems there is a major spill of sewage in the risers and the mechanical floor 35.3- Almost all houses are having the problem of openings between flat and the adjacent flat, and between flat and services risers which brings the bad smell and flys and perfumes of other adjacent houses, this problem was fixed only by breaking many walls and sealing to reach and close these openings and it happened 10 times. ( I live here since 2014 and I am expert in their problems)4- Services risers are all accessable only through the apartments, if any leak or problem happened they need to enter your house to fix it even if you have no problem.5- The fresh air ducts bring the bad smell and flies, it is contaminated air ducts actually.Note: The team of maintenance and services management are understanding the problems and they are helpful and the urgently meet your demands of maintenance but there is nothing in there hands to fix these major issues as it is a construction low quality and design mistakesNote:- the Facilities are amazing and like no other in UAE, smart playing areas for kids, many swimming pools, football/ basketball playground, squash, table tennis and many more of the amazing things and thats the only thing keeps me here.Still living here as I recently moved from gate Tower 2 to Gate Tower-3 thinking that it would be better, and I spent a lot of money and efforts on the new flat and cant just leave. The rent should not exceed 90000 for 3 bed room according to such problems.

Its unique tower building in Al Reem Island.Mangroves forest was seen from this tower.Many beautiful beaches located around here.

I don’t know why you are hating on The 36-64 lift it’s slow because the floor is high WHAT WHERE YOU THINKING AND FLOOR 32-34 SMELLS BAD BECUSE THAT IS WHERE THE Maintenance PUT THE WAST AND CLEANG MATERIALS

Good place

The quality of the construction is above the local average. There are no balconies or windows that can be opened but the temperature inside the apartment is well regulated from the constant ventilation in the kitchen and the bathrooms, the glazed windows and the good orientation of the building. Great views and fantastic facilities including three swimming pools, gyms, spa, playground, tennis and basketball courts etc. Connected by a climate controlled bridge to Boutik Mall and with a huge Burjeel daycare center attached, it is really an enjoyable place to live. The fire drills, or the occasional fire alarms are truly painful because the elevators get locked and if you live on a high floor, the stairs to reach the ground floor are endless.
