Just be careful with your security deposit, when renting from this building. When youre leaving the building 2 months ago, the maintenance is looking to charge for the upkeep of the building. Meaning I had a few scratches on my entrance doors, they have forced my to pay for polishing all 4 doors in my apartment and charged me AED800 +vat for it. Living in the building was great and loved the area but the management/maintenance (specifically the maintenance manager) of this building is untrustworthy. Just rude and disrespectful! FYI I still havent received my deposit.

One of the best buildings in Khalidiyah, neat & clean flats with nice view especially the flats facing the sea, I stayed there for one year but some 1bhk flats do not have designated parking space in the building. This is the reason we moved to another building in Abu Dhabi.

One of the best buildings in Khaldyia area! Parking and decent gym! Service is super fast and free! Prices are very good as well! Plenty of restaurants and shops, laundries, barber shops and pharmacies all around you everywhere! Really love the place,this is coming from someone who spent more than 6 years in Reem Island!
