Have been living there for the past six months, although apartments are spacious and facing the channel side, The humdity inside the apartment is a killer and the mold is all over the place. Had to through most of my furniture and up to date to date no positive response from Savills who is running the building on behalf of the owner which you cant reach for some reason. Doesnt recommend for families with young kids at all and cant wait to move out after paying much for 2 bedroom apartment

Apartments facing Shk Zayed Rd are extremely noisy. Plumbing and maintenance problems keep resurfacing. Well equipped and spacious gym.

Nice place to stay in, a bit noisy from the road, would be better if there is a small play yard for the kids or if there is a little park, services such grocery, loundary, barber, mosque etc. Hope some of these i mensioned would be available in the coming time.

These are noisy as hell if you face the road... Beautiful if you face the canal... No outside pool is a big negative. No supermarket within walking distance...

District Cooling expensive and ACs without auto off? Getting used to aircraft noise...Very nice apartments.
