Best residential society... What a view what a placeHighly hygienic and beautiful

A very comfortable place to live in, apartment sizes are very good, equipped with enough bathrooms and good looking kitchens. There is a public pool, public BBQ area, public gym, and a public playground. The security team and the maintenance team are way below standard and not cooperative. An access card is needed to be paid for and utilized annoyingly to use the elevator and they cost lots of money. Carrefour and many other helpful places are nearby the building. Overall 4 stars.

Sewege smell is really bad specially in the 09 houses maintenance seems to be clueless just there to make extra buck they would either not come to you because you dont have a contract and if they came you should tell them how to fix the problem

The apartments there are full of insects and there is a very bad sewage smell every where.I finished my one year rental contract last year and ran from this horrible tower. Also the owner didn’t give me my security deposit till now.Only the view and the community there are nice.

Quite place ! Apartments are nice and clean !Gym facilities are not fancy they are ok okPool is nice !Building maintenance team is not co-operative!

Poorly constructed. Everything is falling apart sinks collapsing drains blocked pipes leaking bad smell in apartments. Do not rent here
