I visited this building to have a look at a 2 BR apartment for renting.The building is modern and the location is fantastic however, the size of rooms is small. Theres hardly any kitchen. At best, it can be called a pantry. The maid room and its attached toilet are also very small however, the maid room toilet is bigger than the maid room itself. The plus points are a spacious balcony overlooking the mangrove and the sea front. Like any other modern building, it has other facilities like Swimming pool and Gym.

Parking is horrendous. I have been given two tickets for parking outside in literally the only available area. Both tickets still dont make sense to me, for there are no signs whatsoever indicating a NO PARKING zone. I have heard they valet now.

I live there, so its the best.

Amazing place to live

Great view, nice building, and nice location. However, the fire alarm never stops and today Im late for work because of that. Last year a water pipe broke and I missed an important meeting because of it.

OceanScape is by far one of the most comfortable residential buildings to live in on Reem Island. It features a pool that’s never crowded, a well equipped gym, a newly refurbished lobby as well as a kids indoor and AC-ed area (that we don’t use). It houses a laundry shop, two beauty saloon and a mini-market. The Reem Central Park is only a 5 minutes walk away. The downside is that the fire alarm get triggered quite often.

The kitchens are small, the maids rooms are small and have a bathroom, the maids room bathroom is larger than the maids room itself, there are water leakage problems in the tower, the elevators are getting delayed, the presence of animals is annoying, the beautiful addition is the views of the honor on the sea The balcony either overlooks the mangroves or the sea.
