I recently move in here. So nice experience.All staff amazing kind to us..very quiet in evening. It was so nice.good enough swimming pool and gym. already fall in love here. Ground floor carrefour small market very helpful.and also this area has everything what we need.

Just moved in.Positive Feedback:1. Apartments are spacious with high ceilings and a lot of natural light, big windows, and nice views. Layouts are all different, but mine has 3 closets and a double sink.2. Appliances are included (even a dishwasher)and so far work well and are in good condition.3. No chiller fee.4. Quiet5. Friendly and helpful security guards and maintenance6. Carrefour is downstairs and location is close to every shop you need.7. Fast lifts8. For the price (60k one bedroom), excellent value.Negative1. The tower is lovely and has great amenities but management is pathetic“Construction work is going on on the M floor for more than 06 months now, with continual noise from drilling and hammering .each time we tenants inquire from building manager and landlord they keep giving false hopes that it will be completely end of that monthWe have been hearing these lies since July!!!Work still not completelyA total nuisance , no timings are observed . Be it day or evening after 6:00 pmWe as tenants are sick and tiredWill NOT renew my lease but unfortunately am stuck for now 😡

The building has nice ambience, but the agency managing it (MPM) is ..terrible.

The building is nice but a bit overpriced. The main issue with this building is the agency managing this property, which is MPM. This agency is the worst agency I have ever dealt with as they are unprofessional and they dont care about their tenants and customers. I hope that the building owner can contract with another agency to manage this property.

Awful experience and terrible management. Non stop construction taking place day and night for over six months. Zero consideration for the tenants plus facilities are not in good shape.

The tower extends over ground, mezzanine and 23 floors and has been built to very high standards of design and quality providing a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments enjoying excellent contemporary finishes including fully integrated kitchen appliances. The tower benefits from its own health club facility which occupies the entire 22nd Floor along with a roof top pool.

Very nice finishing, the pool is lovely, and the security check before entering.

Live here from the building opening, about to leave due to bad building management. Overpriced for such bad finishing and facilities. Rooftop locked, pool under construction, unprofessional personnel in agency. Overall big disappointment.
