Nothing against the building itself, but the area. There are currently going on 10 constructions of new buildings just beside Amaya, making it noisy, crowded with constructions trucks (which block the way out sometimes) and dusty. When they finish it will be a nice area to live though.

I have been in the building for a year , building has nice location , common areas are not so clean including corridors and lefts , I would recommend that you rent from private owners rather property management since property management increases renewal rent price regardless of market condition , in addition , they charge unreasonable amounts for flat cleaning and maintenance once you evacuate the flat . I had bad experience with them , and when complained , I was told that this is our rate !!!! .

Amazing tower in Reem Island..

We have almost 2 years in Abu Dhabi, have been happily living here at Amaya towers on Al Reem. To simple say we like it is say nothing. Amaya is safe, perfectly located, smartly designed, and overalll satisfying to any demand. !! Currently having too 3 active construction sights in the immediate neighborhood with lots of noise and dust. Anyhow, I am happy to have had a chance to call or home.

Its a beautiful place to stay. Only hassle at the moment is the construction.
