Lift problem from the day i move in. First only 2 lifts are working, as the other 2 are still being built. Finally when we have 4 lifts, the programming of the lifts are stupid and we still have to wait very long. And there is 1 lift that only go to ground floor, which we have to change lift to get to basement. View is great here, unit is spacious. Only if u dont mind waiting 10min for a lift.

Views here are great and inside of the unit is quite modern and spacious. Apart from these, everything else here sucks for tenants.The lift system here is absolutely atrocious with inconsistent access to every floor. The fire alarm goes off everyday - which is not just annoying but extremely dangerous. The car parking system is poor - you’re not allowed to have more than 1 space even though the car park is 60% full. The walls are peeling and the toilets often have a strong sewage smell (that you constantly have to get the plumbers to rectify). The gym does not have the basics like a barbell or a smith machine and FAB has no interest in acquiring these for tenants after multiple asks.I would advise you to think carefully before signing up for a lease here.

Office building with Seaview، The level of services in the building is average.

This is not office tower anymore. All commercial offices were asked to vacate due to a decision of the owner to change this building from a commercial to a residential tower. Fit out works in the tower started before vacating all office tenants. A lot of disturbance, most of lifts are switched off, electricity cuts daily, drilling & noise are here now.
