Great building to stay in, the studios are spacious and never had any issues during my tenancy contract there.. recommended! Only downside is the parking, really bad design

Well for a start all Hydra C 4,5,6 buildings are bull..t, it is the worst building to stay at, maintenance management is extremely poor, the finishing is worse. If you report a problem you would better wait 3 weeks to have an answer and if you complain you will wait more than a month.As for the parking it is always a mess, they dont have access cards so you can expect everybody to park in you reserved spot.The floors common area arent well ventilated, always very smelly and hot. If you need more info comment below kz i can go all day over this community

This place is my nightmare. I never ever expect to see such problems in Al Reem. The first we got problems with electricity, no one ( The facility management) cared at all about our life and security that fire could happen.The week after water started leaking, I don’t know to be honest what to expect next.It was our the biggest mistake to move Hydra Avenue.I recommend you to think 1000000 times before to move here.

Nice building with good facilities.. Especially the gym is perfect.. Also they have a billiards room and social room

From the outside its visually stunning with all the sister buildings but inside has a lot to be desired. Parking is like playing a game of operation... Good luck not scratching your vehicle on the long wind up. It is walking distance from mall thats nice. Pool is nice but loses sun by 1pm. Gym has decent equipment but layout is all wrong. Inside the studio Im staying is OK. Cabinets already falling apart cracking where they attach them. Has a washer in the kitchen but no dryer. Seems strange.

Great building in Reem island Abu Dhabi with affordable yet very well finished apartments. The only downside is the that apartments tend to be a little small

My issue is the parking, its a nightmare, people constantly parking in your space/parking in non parking zones blocking cars, they need to change it drastically, also if you have a large car/suv its very hard to park everything is very tight, 360 management need to sort it out but they are utterly useless

Parking garage is too narrow, water is brown from new rust pipes, ac leaks through ceiling through out building, too many maintenance issues for a new building....nice views and good location.

Terrible parking planning. Confusing views compared to other Reem island developers.
