I don’t recommend this place to anybody.I made the mistake to move here one year ago and I can’t wait to leave.Parking is headache, you have to use a card two times just to leave!!! One day I forgot the card and the security guy didn’t want to open for me he made me wait around 15 min to open.maintenance is so unprofessional they took 3 days to fix simple stuffElevator is always full you have to wait around 10 min just to go down👎👎👎

I had a wonderful year in apartment 3103 - Marina Bay 1 C2- next to Addax Tower.After 7 months still waiting for my deposit. Very sad, putting a family with baby in such a situation... Mr. Wael please reach out. Bassam agent was professional.

Apartment 3103 Wael - never paid deposit back. Beware of this he will ignore your calls and never pay. The agents name was Bassam.

The worse service ever. Bad mentanance or no mentanance at all...

Low quality, poor building management and horrendous car park . Smells like sewage most of the times throughout the building.
