Very nice place, I love the pool and the gym

Too much noise!!! Building is all good but the noise is just too much 24/7

Currently living here for 6 months .WORST location possible , 6 buildings being constructed all around. drilling noise labourers walking up and down sleeping on the steps trucks moving in and out of the drive way pretty much 24/7.FAB properties has the WORST correspondance ever - all your emails are shut off with a we are really sorry email - no one actually comes and speaks to you)a list of the current issues.the gym AC is not working and hasnt been working for 3 weeks since lockdown ended.After receiving a text message that the pools are open (a week after most of the other buildings opened their pools) we have the pool door locked in front of us by the life guard (why is she at work then ??) and then the security guard tells me he didnt receive an ok to open the pool door (who pays the rent? who gets the messages here ??) so the pool actually isnt working as of now - and if it was its tiny and you can really only relax if your lucky enough to have the pool to yourself.the most unbearable thing is the massive construction going on around the building- trust me I thought it would be fine - they start drilling and knocking at 7am and dont stop till midnight- despite curfew one of the few times they worked till 4am on a Friday- yes we tried to complain to the municipality as well , nothing came of it.there are far better places that are in Khalifa city or better managed properties. FAB have not responded to a single of my requests properly and have never even apologised about it - talk about trying to keep your tenants happy??not a place I would stay once more unless you want to wake up at 7am every morning and feel like you are in the rural areas of India every morning.think before you sign a contract here.

Building ok but very small rooms and construction all around so very noisy and dusty and workers all over the place

There is no name in the building, what make little hard for taxi drivers find it

Cheap building materials, Horrid construction noise 24/7, Poor maintenance, Menacing security, False delivery from FAB
