I visited WTC Abu Dhabi Branch, Food Was Good But the Staff were not friendly, I have a Background of F&B so I know what is Customer Service. The Way She dealt was not Good even for a Cafeteria.

Ive only had their ice crown, the blizzard. Ive had three flavors all were good but Snickers was the best, followed by kit kat and then Oreo. I highly recommended their ice cream, too much quantity for the money, wont get the same from any other ice cream parlor in Abu Dhabi. I like how they twist the bucket before serving it, shows how fresh and frozen the ice cream is

I have ordered on Talabat from Dairy Queen WTC Abu dhabi, and this is the second time they send me the wrong item! I am extremely disappointed in Dairy queen staff in not providing the correct order! Very disappointed! Thats another customer they have lost!

I have visited Dairy Queen for the first time. I really liked the place. They have variety of cakes, cheesecakes, ice cream 🍨, milkshakes, cheeseburgers. All the dishes are very delicious. I tried also chicken salad, it’s very fresh. I recommend this place to everyone who loves to try delicious cakes, ice cream and amazing Milkshakes. All the staff is very friendly. Ice cream was awesome the taste was fantastic but the staff behaviors was very rude.. And discriminated which stopping us to visit again our favorite ice cream DQ. Specially the Frontline cashier old pilipina who were just friendly with their kabayans but with others so rude like we are baggers not customers..

Yeah, maybe the staffs are tired, but still they should practice professionalism specially on how they communicate with their customers

I like to take my kids for dessert sometimes their favorite place to go is Dairy Queen my children are technically adults so its funny to go out for ice cream night but anyway this is a place to go to have a good enough selection prices are good sizes are considerable and everything is normally fresh staff is normally a nice parking is convenient... they also have a great menu for food lunch and dinner a nice family place to go

I was pining for Dairy Queen and couldnt believe the news that they had finally decided to come to Abu Dhabi. They arent quite like the DQ back home -- everyone seems a little flustered when I ask for menu hacks that the servers back home would handle without batting an eyelash -- but theyve got the standard blizzards down fine. They are using the wrong kind of peanuts on the Peanut Buster Parfait, which really messes with the flavor. Ill try the ice cream cake in a few days and let you know. The servers are very nice and seem motivated to help.

Forgot to call my order and my burgers went cold just sitting there.i dont know how their order system works, but order numbers that came after mine were called before me.as in i was order 158, order 168 and 169 were called before me
