It used to b emuch better , no flavor in my steak cheese sandwich

I ate Chicken Buffalo sandwich along with Cheese Fries and Bacon, wow wonderful flavor. It was freshly made and served hot. Staff is helpful and friendly.

I asked for two sandwiches steak sandwiches I got nothing except two empty sandwiches with tomato and lettuce. I refused to take sandwiches and left food and didnt get my money back and the supervisor in ALWAHDA Mall was very rude never to go there again as this is not acceptable.He took the two sandwiches without returning my money back.

Low quality bread and less quantity for what Im ordering comparing of the price, friendly staff but they look like they cant make the costumers satisfied cus them bosses said dont

Charleys steak, with an amazing choice in their burgers both cost efficient and oh so yummy burgers as well as quantity wise... we had an offer to try out any meal and get a free meal [Philly chicken sub ] burger, fries and coke) Which came up to AED28 per meal. Their fries are so crispy and cheesy... we had also ultimate fries for AED11 cheesy fries with bacon ... extremely filling for two ppl !! We would love to try it again in their main fast food joint!! Just the ambiance in Dubai mall is pretty crowded so hence we are rating it a 4star..

I like the food but if you have to open at 10am then why when we come at 10 Am you said we are not ready, at the same time the other fast food are already ready to serve breakfast

I love the food... but every time i order its prepared differently which is very annoying.. sometimes they change the cheese they use on the sandwich or it tastes different..

The Wahda mall branch is very stingy with their fillings. Ordered a small veggie delite; this was microsmall with hardly any filling , two slices tomato/lettuce/cucumber, 1mm of mushroom and cheese; for 18aed, very disappointing at the end of a long day. Or the reception should warn me in advance.

Am a fan of Charleys, make sure not to order through their number, I ordered 2 hours ago and I called them 4 times. Every 30 minutes they said driver is on the way and he will reach in any moment. After my endless waiting they said sorry but we dont have driver!, extremely disappointed and I was not planning to take the order if it was delivered anyway.

Nice place to dine out. I love the taste of shawarma, maqboos briyani.Car parking is one of the issue but the taste of the food compensates these minor things.

The food is okay. And the servers are great, just be sure to eat here before 10pm cuz the servers turn to werewolves who roll their eyes at you and correct you when theyre clearly wrong. Besides the rude Server everything else is great.
