Very nice and helpful staff. My kids love the kids meal. Fast service. Never had Mistake in my order. The only negative thing is the street entrance. If you miss it you have to make another u turn.

The most dirty and disgusting restaurant in Khalifa city, every time I order from Khalifa City branch I have bad experience with my orders, but the most recent and that will make me nevvvvvvvver order again from Burger King is the mucus that I found on both the sandwich wrap and lettuce box 🤢🤮 This is an unforgivable mistake

I was dissapointed my the cashier by refused to give my meal after my crdit card has been deducted. I already received the sms of my payment been deducted and show to the cashier but still he did not believe it. The staff does not handle me in professional way. This is the first and the last visit for me to this restaurant.

This fast food restaurant is usually quiet and your order comes out quickly. The parking is however a nightmare. Trying to park is really difficult. The portion sizes are decent and the staff is also really friendly. They delivery service is ok and can sometimes be a bit unpredictable with the amount of time it takes to deliver.

Drive through area at back of building is difficult to maneuvre car.Is also unkept and seems unhygienic.

I recently visited this branch in the middle of the night around 3am and it was the only option opened in khalifa city. I went inside and there were a lot of guys inside already and they were quite drunk as well.The guy who was taking the order was punching upsize meal and was adding extra things in their order and they didnt even know as they were so drunk.When my turn came, he did the same thing to me as I ordered a normal whooper meal and without even asking me he punched upsize meal. I noticed and told him that “I am not drunk, did I ask you to make it upsize?”He realized it quickly and said sorry it was a mistake.This is ridiculous kind of a service and I have never seen such behavior anywhere in uae before where they rob people like that.

I had the worst experience with this branch!!! I called go order at 3pm I was told 1 hour waiting period ....insteas i waited 3 hours to get a simple order and they located just 10 mins away from my home!! Very dissappointed by the poor service form Burger King !!!!!!!

They cheat! They always try to slip in a larger meal than you asked for. But most annoyingly, they will sometimes add cheese to your sandwich without you asking for it. Let alone their rudeness and the junk quality of their burgers.
