I really like my burgers and I must say this is one of the best burgers Ive ever had! The fries and sweet potato fries are also fantastic, crispy and fresh. The burger has a very nice taste but its the combination of the ingredients that makes it worth the price. The quantity is also generous. I was so full that I didnt even order the shakes, but I will definitely return for it, watch this space for more photos! They told us they are moving to Sadyiat Island at the end of July so that they can serve alcohol. This place is a must-visit.

Black tap craft burgers and shakes is one of my favorite places in Abu Dubai to hang out with family ,I always take my twins there and we always enjoying the food and having a great time .Their burgers and milkshakes is one of the best in town ,from the food quality / ingredients to the presentation ,and the taste is phenomenal , truly value for money .Great place, friendly staff, amazing food and crazy shakes...Thumbs up to this lovely place...Highly recommended and outdoor seating is available .

When we were thinking on where to it and my partner suggested Black Tap, I was skeptical…But when we went there and the ate waitress came, (she’s black with a nice butt hehe) she was so friendly and helpful that I would have ordered anything she’d suggest…😅 When the food were served, everything tastes great…I loved the chicken wings most (tried the korean bbq style), even the dip is me mucha gusto…😋😋😋 The patty tastes great also and the crispy chicken stood by its name, it tasted great as well…Oh and the crazy shakes are to die for, I tried the cake shake…Im a sweet tooth so no prob with that, if you are not in to sweets you can ask the ate for a suggestion, I bet an arm, she’d gladly help…🤩🥰😘

I saw the creative crazy shakes on Instagram and went to enjoy 😉I enjoyed their food, but this review is for service.I ordered one crazy shake and tacos 🌮The taste is good but, I am not happy with the service. They dont even give plate or sauce or any thing else.They have to improve their serviceFood is tastyThe crazy shake is very big that its for 2 as 1 person cannot drink all.Its a unique experience.

We visited this place some time ago with my family, and oh my! Our expectations were beyond reach!!We totally loved the ambience and the outdoor seating overlooking The Fountain and Ferrari World. It was just amazing and the guy who took our orders did a fantastic job by recommending food according to our style!We ordered a few burgers, 2 milkshakes, 2 drinks and sides. The burgers were amazingggg and had a great unique taste in each one of them. We ordered 2 beef, 2 chicken and one turkey (the turkey one was mine 😋) . The meat was super tender and delicious. Then comes the Mighty Milkshakes. The milkshakes were priced at 60dhs but were totally worth it!!! We ordered the strawberry cheesecake milkshake which was topped with a cheesecake and toppings. It was heavenlyyyyy. And the other one was a chocolate milkshakes topped with brownies and choco chips. Woowww a chocolate lovers haven!!The drinks were really good and helped pushed down the burgersRounding up, it was a great experience for the whole family and we can’t wait to visit again!

Loved it. Absolutely loved it. Pricey but who cares. The staff were all very friendly and eager to serve. They seem genuinely happy to be there.The food was beyond tasty and makes up for the sticker shock. I highly recommend the crispy Asian shrimp burger. The crunchy shrimp on top of the juicy Patty combined with the spicy sauce was pure delight.They are also know for their shakes although a word of warning....the shakes should be shared.

Great overall experience. We ordered the Korean BBQ wings, Carolina and the pear jam burger with Idaho fries and a passion fruit iced tea. I recommend skipping on the wings because they were not bad but nothing special.The burgers on the other hand were amazing. Despite many additions on the burger, I could taste the burger and the spices. The Carolina was great with the brisket and the blue cheese on the pear jam was not over powering.I prefer original burgers and didn’t think I’d enjoy all the extras but I ended up enjoying and think will come back. Additionally, the service was excellent by the staff. Highly recommended!

Loved eating at Black Tap, nice atmosphere, nice music, nice food and nice staff. However there were customers who let their young children scream and run around the whole restaurant ruining the whole wonderful, chilled experience. Management did nothing to stop the children ftom screaming and running dangerously, and very annoyingly through the restaurant. Hopefully next time these people will go to McDonalds with their children and I can experience Black Tap the right way.

Saw the great reviews and must have visited on a bad day. The blandest burger Ive had (phily chease) . My partners burger came out rare when ordered medium. Sent it back and still came out bleeding everywhere. Terribly over priced for the quality of burgers served. Staff where very pleasant and the restaurant is nice atmosphe.

All American burger is really good if you order it medium well. The shakes of course is the best thing here.

Our little ones favorite hamburger and milkshake birthday venue. Their milkshakes as you have probably heard are out of this world. Burgers are incredibly satisfying. But as a secret tip they also make a seriously good coffee! So if you feel like an upgrade to your regular Starbucks try them out, I think youll be suprised.

Great atmosphere to relax, the burgers are amazing. As a suggestion try the steak fries they are amazing. Also dont do what I did to have the milkshake served together with the burgers. Hahaha pressured to eat both at the same time.

Milkshakes are creatively put together, absolutely fantastic but impossible to finish. They are truly sublime. Burgers are delicious and crispy sweet potato fries just completes the meal perfectly. Outstanding, friendly service. My 12 year old had the Korean chilli wings and loved them. Will definitely be back soon.

Super quick, amazing food, literally just like the pictures even. The drinks were spot on, the desserts were perfect sooo good but i was so full from.the entrees. Awesome scenery. Staff was super helpful. Amazing experience. Recommended to multiple friend groups who all loved being there as well

Black Tap never ceases to delight my family or I! Dubai (by the beach) or in Yas Mall (outside by the fountains), the service was great! The food is even better! There are many varieties of gourmet burgers and milk shakes that look too beautiful to eat!

It was the best burger I ever tasted it has unique taste that only black tap knows how to cook and the staff member petter was the most friendly and helpful server and he made our dinner experience a very unique one.

DISAPPOINTING!! Ordered their crispy chicken sandwich (AED 48)by Deliveroo. If you look at the picture in Deliveroo it comes with fries, some sauce and Lattice just like burger. However, the real stuff delivered was a chicken peace inside a bun - plain with no sauce, no lattice, no fries. Total rubbish and not value for money at all! Don’t get fooled by their pictures!

My daughter went there for Lunch today she is celiac and ordered a Gluten Free truffle burger, was told ok.Her burger arrived and was just a normal waygu burger without any hint of truffle nor any dressing just meat and GF bun.Bill came and she was charged for a truffle burger plus extra 5 dhs for a GF bun. (95 Dhs)My Friend who was with her tried to ask the staff why she was charged for a truffle burger but the staff was rude and just kept on saying that they charge extra because it was Gluten free!!!As if we chose to be allergic to make you work more!!!Now I am fine with paying extra for a GF bun but to make me pay for something i did not have is a rip off!!!!Very disappointed with the service!!!

Waited 45 minutes for cold, soggy and for the price just bad food. Staff is very friendly, but the guys in the kitchen need some training. Avoid, unless you like spending 50+ aed on coke alone 🤷‍♂️

It is very nice sandwich consisting of cooked  fresh and yummy patties of ground meat, the beef, inside a fresh and soft fluffy sliced bread roll or bun. The beef patty is  grilled, or flame Hamburgers are often served with cheese and , lettuce, tomato on the sideThey have health optionsThey have the best sweet potato ever with special sauceThe milkshakes are very unique

Me and my friends went there today and it was amazing. Lily our waitress was so helpful and kind. We all had milkshakes which were so delicious. I would DEFINITELY recommend going here because I feel you can’t go anywhere better. That’s why I give the review 5 stars

I rate their Vegan impossible Burger as a 7/10. Ive had better. Also the price for an average rated vegan burger is too high here .They also dont have vegan cheese so the burger tastes incomplete. Dont recommend it unless you have no option. Burger Fuel on the other hand sells complete vegan burgers. So does Bare Burger and Circle Cafe.

Shakes were really good but sandwiches and burgers were way below standard expectation. My second visit to the Yas mall branch, and burgers were over cooked even when asked for medium well. Chicken sandwich was extremely disappointing with a very thin cut of chicken (was a mix of thigh/white meat) and too much crisp/buttermilk batter. Also over fried and burnt. Fries were good, buns were also good. Ive been to Dubai branch and New York and they have much better burgers and sandwiches. Maybe Ill visit when they fix up.

Burgers here is not soft , when you eat you don’t feel fresh test.

I expected a lot. The burgers were tasty but too much sauce.. it dripped and soaked the bread ubtil it literally was sooo mushy.I have had many saucy drippy burgers before and its ok, u just enjoy and wipe off with a tissue. But these burgers were too much! Thats why I probably wont be back.
