We have been here couple of times with friends. The food is fine. The staff are sweet and helpful. They listen to you sincerely and fir us thats what makes the experience unforgettable.

This may be a regular occurrence at many fast food chains, but the last time I visited, the cashier asked me what size of the meal I would like. I asked for the smallest one, since we werent that hungry and the cashier (whos tag read Team Leader) informed me that medium is the smallest they serve. I agreed to take it and then she conveniently charged me 4 dhs extra for each meal for a size upgrade from regular. When I pointed it out at the time of payment, she said that the order is already punched and cant be changed now.I understand they have sales targets, but scamming customers in this way isnt acceptable. Its more about principle than money... The management should really try and stop such practices, as its not only a bad experience for the customer, but also leads to food wastage.

They said it is 24 hour open but when we came there at 3am they almost dont want to take our order. They were asking each other whos gonna take our order. Then the cashier who catered us seemed irritated.

Burger King is located opposite Royal Gift Collection. The seating area is quite big and has two separate floors. I was seated on the ground floor. The staff is courteous and the ambiance is good.We ordered-▪️ Crispy Chicken MealThe meal was totally impeccable however the quantity of fries were less.Good experience altogether.

Recently Ive tried only the BM breakfast. The crossiant burgers were okay. I didnt feel like they were too special or anything worth going to specially. The contents in the burgers was less tbh

Its great place , they follow all covid norms with neat n nice . and important that , they have a combo offer (2 burger +. Fries + coke) of 13 AED except Thursday and friday. Enjoy.

Nice food and efficient staff. In AED 17/- had two regular size burgers, special French fries and a coke. It is more than enough for one adult person.....

The cashier is not polite, she dont know how to approach to the customer. Asking too much question for upselling but not in good manner.

The place is nice for hang out, the crew is nice and professional. I confuse to choose what to eat for lunch, but this burger king is look very familiar. There is second floor available for any ocation.

The place is easy to locate. Most of the taxi drivers know this place because it is near the traffic signal.There are many chairs and tables but sometimes its full especially on thursday night and weekend.Staff are very attentive to your order but sometimes they upsell without noticing. So judt be mindful what they say and ask them to repeat your order.

Very horrible delivery service. i live around 20 minutes by walk away from this location and they took upwards of 2 hours to deliver my food. and when I asked about it they blamed me for the late delivery, saying that i shouldnt have ordered through zomato. this is very unprofessional and overall a bad experience. food was cold and almost tasted reheated.
