The balsamic onion relish had a very distinct taste and its sweetness stayed in our mouth in every bite)⭐⭐⭐⭐Southwest burger(The hickory smoked beef bacon and guacamole have added character to the burger. Loved the atmosphere and the made to order variety of dishes. The mozzarella sticks and lemon pepper shrimp appetizer is a must try! The burgers are juicy, flavorful and perfectly chargrilled. You can easily customize your dining options to an extent and the staff are mostly receptive. The burger bun could be more flavorful, and used a little more dressing, but overall great food!

Service was sooo slow, there was not much customers as the seating capacity was reduced due to social distancing. Steak was okay though. But the apple pie was the worst! It was cold in the middle and hot on the outside and no apple or cinamon taste, only taste sugar!!! Terrible! Will avoid this branch in wadha mall, tried other branches and it was ok.

Nice free salad, nice burgers, kind employees, you can sit at the side glass balustrade and enjoy the view to the mall from top.but the food is bit oily, almost everything mixed with butter, I ordered crispy chicken and I didnt feel good about it, like its over deep fried, AC is not enough I understand the visit in July but you feel the temperature rise up once you get inside from the mall. Marina mall branch was nicer over all.

America theme restaurant in the Al Wahda Mall in downtown Abu Dhabi with good service and decent food but not anything spectacular. Texas Roadhouse, Cheesecake Factory and TGI Fridays are better choices in my opinion.

Good choice of steaks and burgers

I am very sad to say that Fuddruckers is not what it used to be. Extremely bad service, food has no taste and the food presentation is lackluster to say the least.I hope they get back to how it was or else the brand name will be permenantly damaged.

31-07-2020 ~6:00pm The restaurant was accommodating 6 pax (+children) on a single table, against government rules.I have requested two adjacent (not joined) tables for our group, keeping in mind that 4 pax is the maximum. The staff rejected, even though I mentioned that we were willing to wait. The store manager very impolitely denied that they have already served 6+ people in ONE table, and again rejected to serve two separate (but adjacent) tables.

Bad experience with Al Wahda mall branch. Dirty table, an order totally forgotten and when I asked about it, they served it cold. At the end when I asked about the manager they ignored my request, then they canceled the order from the total bill, and I missed having dinner!

I was advised by friends to visit fuddruckers being best burger ever... but i found their burger was just average or below.. not even salted.. the taste is poor.. the one i make at home tastes better...Or may be i am not qualified to rate burgers 🙄

Located on the upper floor of the fast food court of Al Wahda mall.Staff is friendly, seating relatively comfortable, and the food is what you expect from a Tex-Mex restaurant. The Swiss melt burger was great...The nice feature here is the all you can eat salad bar; selection is limited to 8 or so items, but makes up for it in flavour with the potato salad and the coleslaw running low when I was there. All sorts of sauces are available, as well as hot cheese sauce, great for nachos and as a dip for French fries. Free soft drink refills and a good selection of deserts too off the experience.Washrooms are close by.Reasonable prices make fudruckers a family friendly destination.
