Got the curtains done from them last now almost completed 6 months and its broken. for the first time and its the worst ever curtains we have had in13 years of living UAE. These people are having disaster way of treating the customers, and the biggest liers too. Last week my husband had call to the number which has given here asked guy to come and do check the curtains. After 3 days of excuses he came to see and told Ill be back in few minutes thats all never came back.. From that till today 12. 04.2020 we are calling and they are giving us the time and the day when will they visit but no one shows up.. Yesterday my husband visited the shop and met the manager or who ever head at that moment was presented also spoke to the guys too and asked them to come.. He later confirmed to my husband on whats app that hell be there today 10 am and but never showed up again he said hell there by 3pm now its 4.50 pm but still now no response from them and when my husband called his mobile he is not answering the phone.. This is their reality just sell the product when there is fault or repair to be done then hide or be ignored but name is big and their shop also big where as all fake masters are working..

Worst place to deal with never know to respect clients even they ready sought at lady customer worst people in shop. Very worst shop ever visited if they dont have product you ask they will not respect you. U have to buy what they sell else you are not worth to stand in the shop as well you will get insulted even though if you are lady
