I dont usually leave feedback, but this is an exception. Ms. Ritchel is very approachable and hospitable to the extent that she puts forth such an excellent effort for each customer, which is greatly appreciated. I commend her for doing a great job and I will surely return to purchase their products again in the future.

Expensive for an average consumer for the quality delivered in their products, good for window shopping, and if you really want to buy something from here, get help from a sales team member or go online and check other reviews..And please review things once you get a product about the offers you got, the delivery experience and unboxing.The offers at this place gives an opportunity to get some good deals on the money but youd need to follow their app and messages regularly to keep track of stuff

All the products have very good life. New items are available. Good for home decor.

I like the things they have but I really do not like the quality of said things. Like I understand its a cost effective solution but sometimes even the low price doesnt seem fit for the poor quality of products.For example, I bought this decorative flower for AED 4 and lo and behold, it dissembled into three pieces on the ride home. Like the wire attached to the flower came off the stem covering. The flower detached from the wire. This is just one example but there are more. It is cost effective, and I really wouldnt deny that. But little quality improvement is really, really required.

Worst Place ever to buy furniture in Dubai they should get minus 5 starsI honestly have no idea how they got such rating !! Its same as their liesFrom Quality prospective, to support prospective and also they have 0 knowledge about their furniture, if you ask about manual or how they will tell you we dont know once assembly team will open box they will refer to instructions and see how to do it???I purchased a TV wall unit, very poor fixing and quality and many cosmetic problems, also they lied about saying TV can be fixed on it and confirmed that their Assembly team will fix it, when i got their confirmation they i did buy coz i worry about my kids of unfixed TV will fall or somth.When their assembly team came, they said it cant be fixed on this unit only i have to leave it free standing, and also ots not their job to do so, i have opened multiple complaints with them the final answer i got we cant do anyth for yoy!!!!!! Like we lie to you about our products then once you buy we cant do anything for you.Please see my TV unit how its baaaadly fixed.Also they use Tape and paint to cover their manufacturing defects hhhh

(NO TROLLEY OUT)That is their new policy.You are not allowed to take the items you purchased in home box trolley!!You have to take it by yourself, carry it by your hands and walk across the mall, till you find your parking.Poor policies.After spending time in selecting the items I need, and while going out of the store, they have told me to leave the trolley!!I have asked for a refund for what I had bought.

Ordered and item and opted for the click-collect option. Came into the store to be handed over a completely different item, to which advised me to wait as they have the correct product in store. 45 minutes go by only be to be told that they dont have the product. What a waste of time.

Broken furniture delivered, no customer service, seriously don’t waste your money especially on wood furniture as you are going to get damaged goods and than no one will respond to you for days. Extremely bad quality furniture in nice packaging.
