I ordered items for pick up in this branch. Very shocking they gave me my items in a very dirty and dusty condition!. I question the attendant why they are giving me items like that? Like hello????.. I ask them to atleast remove the dust cause its very dirty to carry it out and the car will be totally dirty. the guy clean it by his hand. What a joke!!!. Being stored it in the stockroom is not an excuse. It is a standing mirror so no chance to put it in a handy cellophane, I have to carry it out with my black suit half of dust.I wonder if you buy it straight from the store if they will release the same item condition!.

I had a very bad experience with PanEmirates.UAE yesterday I visited the store next Mall of Emirates and bought a mattress, firstly the staff member are not available when needed and I was looking for someone for 15 minutes to guide or help while can you see them around more than the clients within the store yet they have bad attitude, so I had to walk directly to the cashier and request the order, then the cashier had to call them to place the order then quickly they came in to collect the sales order.Secondly I bought a duvet cover along with the mattress so they asked me to approach another cashier and waited long queue, story to be continued..TODAY I walked back asking to exchange the duvet cover to bigger size and I found that it cant be returned due to hygienic reasons.. Fair enough my mistake! However because of the attitude of the customer service I have asked to cancel the mattress order and he was very happy to do itEnd of story: An order worth AED 2,000 is nothing but client experience will cost you huge loss.And I wont stop sharing this experience all over social media and all over my networks.

Visited on 10 April during sale.Decorations and paintings were good.Could not find any good bed in reasonable price range.Disappointed.

First time, went there, picked furniture more then 2000 dirhams value and suddenly their computer system lost connection. It is very sad to kkow such a big outlet and they cannot invest a few thousands to get a proper internet connection??!!!.... this would never happen at IKEA. Too sad, they lost a customer!!

Dear , My whole Eid day was ruined due to this mistake from your team end.We ordered :193FHB9900265. Where there is still nothing mentioned as how many items. And just like other customers i ordered expecting it to be same as the picture displayed. Later on when i didnt get the same item as in the picture i emailed your team & waited for the response for 2 days. on the third day which was my EID day i brought the item to the outlet & asked them to give me a better solution as i didnt get my item. They told me they cant help me.And after all of this , my EID was ruined wasting me time there because there was no staff availble to help neither on call manager who spoke to me on the phone where he urged me to raise it on whtever platform i want.
