They are the worst furniture company I ever deal with, I bought a bed and it was full of bedbugs, they refused to take it or change it also refund me, eventually it ended me up with throwing all my furniture and move out from my home , In addition to the psychological defects, and they block me on instagram.

Bad quality materials and after the complaint, we got arguements from a cool-blooded employee. The bed supporting wooden bars are the weakest type and even supported by plastic.With such quality of service and such responsiveness, I advise every one to avoid this company.Whenever United Furniture get bad review for their bad services, they write back that they dont recognize the reviewer!! Do I need to attach the proof of purchase to make you happy? If I do, will you consider my review to apologize and correct your quality?

I thought united furniture was a friendly company and cares about the customers by selling the most amazing and comfy furnitures in UAE. But, I was proven wrong by them. We had a broken furniture then we called them and they told us that they will arrive at 5:00 pm but they didnt, they came at 8:30 pm and they didnt apologize and most importantly avoided solving the problem. I dont want to write more, but this company is absolutely bad.I will give you a advice(DO NOT BUY ANY KIND OF FURNITURE IN THIS BAD COMPANY AT ALL).

Bad service 👎👎,bad company we requested additional supports for our beds they brought another thing that we didnt solve the problem. I advise you to buy from pan emaretes or ikea so dont buy from United furniture.

I had the worst experience with the furniture, bad quality, bad service, bad time management, they dont deserve 1 star. I advise you to buy from another competitors, other companies because they sell better furniture quality.

Nice furniture store

This is one shop where i would want to shop for the accessories for my home. They have some very unique stuff and designs in their stores. Very good collection of this to accessorise your house, but i would skip the furniture, alteast i didnt like the choice of furniture here.
