Very disappointing staff are busy doing own things i asked for one guy name jude to assist me he ignored me and said im busy i become mad and asked the manager , manager name is mustafa he took his staff side i asked the manager which items are on sale he wasn’t aware of offer he asked the other staff twice about the offers going on , when i asked him ur the manager and dont know about the offer then he become mad at me and said you can call and complain anywhere u want and they wanted to give me the item which was already on sale but taking same price of it , at the end i came to know that they were playing with the price with me , how the manager of store doesn’t know about the offer on which item ….. thanks for opening my eyes MR Manager

Worst furniture place to get furniture from . Their delivery is very unprofessional, thinking that they control people schedule. All other companies give you approximate time of when they will deliver, except for this company, who knows nothing about professionalism. They tell u they ll deliver between 2 and 5 and they end up coming after 5. They have nice things but what’s the use of the service is this bad.

Very bad experience I purchase 8 chairs and all of them came in a bad conditions iam really surprised about that and they promised me to change them to new one and until now no body contacted me for replacement my reference number is 212743 .Very bad experience for me that I was expecting brand new chairs and it was not .

Im really very disappointed with the quality that they are providing to the customers... I bought dinning table and chairs its been only 6 months...All the chairs got lose and shaking one of them got broken..I made a complaint about it...They came and changed new table and chairs and again the problem is same..

Very poor quality furniture.. I purchased a bed and sofa set along with centre table and side table. The bed had flaws when it arrived and the store agreed to replace. After a couple of months the bed again got damaged just by a slight touch, which the company refused to change. The centre table’s leg broke on its own.I have been busy in repairs since I purchased furniture from them.Their furniture is very delicate like a piece of art on a card board.

4 hours to install room and they came with missing bed legs so they have to come again tomorrow.
