I have personally compared the price of an Office Chair (Rolling chair) with the competitor and I found the price for this material is cheaper.Also this has a spacious display area where we have freely move around to choose the items required.I am using the material purchased and seems good. If you have extra Monye to waist/ to through away buy from DANUBEAfter less than a month 2 set sofa’s leg was broken and the spring and the leg of the 3 seat sofa, they excuse was that we need to put a carpet under the sofa so the legs will not move, fist time they took it for repair they brought it back with additional leg different color, different shape btw it got broken again (see the picture attached).They took the 3seat sofa 2nd time for repair in September 2020 now we are end of November 2020 and still don’t have the sofa... and when you call they say you need to go to the showroom and when you go to showroom they say you need to call... unprofessional ppl, bad service, useless product, very bad experience....

Unreliable service. They say the item is in stock on website. When I go to the store and pay for the item, I have to wait for 4 working days. On the third working day, the store informs that I have to wait for another 3 more days... When I raise the concern with the customer care person on toll free number, the lady does not have any patience and has no information. It is a waste of time. Going to cancel this order and get my money back.

Worst customer Care . Purchased goods above 1500 Aed from them which was supposed to have free delivery option. The sales representative mistakingly put them as customer pick up and then had to personally go their to sort out issue as call back customer care were not helpful at all. The floor supervisor promised to deliver it within four days . I am still waiting for delivery and all call backs to customer care for updates have been useless. I really had a bad experience with Danube home Sharjah Branch.I received a Gift card from our Project Manager for my new home last week.Thursday November 26th, he got a call from danube team that they will have 90% off in most items before the end of the month.So I decided to visit Sharjah branch at November 28th, to enjoy the offer.When we finished choosing our items and paid with the gift card which i read the terms before handing it over to the cashier,it took him like 7mins to figure out the payment method.Then ended up with a phrase sorry but you have to purchase a total of 1,000.00aed then you can use the gift card, but unfortunately its expired already its only valid until September.I was really ashamed coz there was a lot of customers lining up to pay.I insisted that its not expired coz i got a call from your team, why would they call the person who gave me the gift card if it isnt valid anymore 🤔.Whats the point?They still insisted that its not valid and have to purchase 1,000.00aed for me its no problem i can purchase the amount but this term they are are insisting wasnt even written on the card or on the envelop for gift cards.They let us sit for 11mins, felt so ashamed really people are looking at us. One couple asked us what happened and i told them the situation, they were actually thinking to get a gift card for their moms as a Christmas gift but after they knew what happened to us they decided not to. Instead take it from home center.Atlast the cashier guy called us and let us pay. I told them my disappointment and told them i know whats the difference between A GIFT CARD AND A VOUCHER since i also have the 500aed voucher which i know u have to purchase 3,000.00aed before i can use the voucher which is valid until January 2021.Sad to say i was thinking to get gift cards for my friends and family as well but after what happened sorry Danube its really disappointing.

Collections of door lock, bathroom fitting, furniture, home furnishings are awesome. Unfortunately when I was there my required items were out of stock. Remarkable customer services. Attendance and attitudes of the staff towards customer is appreciable.

Relatively they do have a good options and large collection under one room.The customer care needs to improve. As you can wait here for long to attended.Also as mentioned before, they do have good options. Which means if you want to go for the best you will need to go to a specialized places on the items you are looking for.

I visited the show room and ordered a sofa set (1-2-3). and at the time of the delivery I noticed that the 2 seater received in slightly different color - I rejected the item and asked them to deliver same color, after 3 days again new sofa received with different color. and when tried to reject they informed me that all 2 seater sofa are in this color and I have to accept it.totally disappointed

Good for home improvements and decorations. A little expensive but they do have few things that you only find with them. Definitely deserve a visit once. Parking area available at the back of the building. Good customer service although most who work their don’t know what they have and what they don’t. I was locking for a table top oven for instance and asked if they have and was told that they don’t sell them here “by a customer service guy” and as soon as I walked in I found it in the 1st floor.

One of the worst after-sale services Ive ever seen.on personal experience, they are too proud to confess they had a mistake on their online items.they will write something in the title, another thing in the item specification, and a totally different thing on actual.Ive been following up with them for approximately one an a half month, and they will just keep on wasting my time stalling and providing completely useless responses a reasonable person can not believe.every time I give a call to online team, I spend at least 30 mins on a call which ends with a promise for feedback and it turns out to be lie at the end.I really regret dealing with them

Danube Sharjah has the best customer service and all staff are polite, friendly and helpful. Ive never walked into a store with such positive staff. I consider this place the best place to buy from and their prices are reasonable too. They’re extremely helpful and honest. My family paid a deposit of AED 1000 a year and a half back and totally forgot about it because they later bought the bedroom set from another store.If this was any other furnishing brand, they’d lay some terms and conditions and limit the credit note to a particular time frame. Danube home did nothing like that.The branch manager Mr. Ravi Kumar and all the sales staff members are just amazing. The most cooperative and motivated team I’ve ever seen.
