Extremely bad services, the mattresses were all used and filthy, its been only two months and the bed supports have broken down thrice. So regretful to buy the beds. Also no response from the staff.

I hope been read all the comments before i brought from them , they are really bad in costumer service , they ignore the call , they are denied and have many excuses of delay delivery my mistake i pay them i shouldn’t pay them in advance i really worry what conditions of my furniture it will be when they will deliver it and when they will deliver it

Poor service. Awaiting for my furniture since last week. Never pay them in advnace otherwise they will not take care of delivery promise. Daily calling but they have new excuse every day.

Very very bad experience, first waited one week to get the delivery of wadrobe which was suppose to be delivered within two days of my purchase, and then had to wait for half a month for one extra shelf which was ordered on the sane day i purchased the wardrobe...the intresting fact is that it was lying in the delivery van....a sugestion never pay them in advance, because once paid they are least bothered about delivery and they have a full bag of excuses.

The showroom is very big spacious and with complete range of items. Honestly we were impressed by the showroom after visiting so many shops around. But regretfully we had a very bad experience.We just want to mention that staff should understand that customers coming to their shop are choosing them on above all online websites and other competitive showrooms. The staff should appreciate and respect the customers and adhere to customers satisfaction as this will help improve their business with good reviews and word of mouth.Also I would like to add one important suggestion to the management that is - to train the staff to deliver the items in cleaned and hygienic conditions especially in these pandemic conditions. People buy new stuff with so much enthusiasm and when seeing the items in dusty conditions will only deflate their excitement. Though the staff reasons that the stuff was kept in the warehouse for longtime which is quite agreeable as every stuff is stored, but at least while loading for delivery it is a minimum courtesy to send goods in good polished conditions.I also like to render my sincere thanks to the owner to whom we addressed our issue and he was very kind and patient in attending and sorting our issue at the earliest.

Recieved the furniture so dirty and they took it the same day to “repair” and haven’t been responding since! No one answers the phone and when they do they give me a time for delivery but no one shows up and then they tell me it’s coming tomorrow, still haven’t received it ! And no one is responding!!!

I visited this showroom looking for a good bedroom set. The staff welcomed me and guided me all the way. I showed them photos of my bedroom. They showed me different designs. I ended up buying a queen size in ivory and walnut. It matched my room exactly both in size and theme.

Horrible experience. I wish i had read the comments here before purchasing furniture from there. Prices might be cheap but absolutely no support and complete ignorance once the sale is done

Means whatever furniture you buy always there is a big mistake in delivery.Such as the ( furniture would be damage or scratch or not the same design you choosed)And after that when you call them to replace or repair there attitude change in conversation and the same reflect in the service because they start delaying it as much as they can dont understand why?.I have experienced the twice while buying 3 furniture set for 3 bedrooms. And still the 3rd one is pending from last 3 weeks

DEAR FRIENDS;I HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NASIR FURTINURE IN NABBA SHARJAH , I HAD BOOKED THE PILLOW TOP MATTERS FROM THEM AND SHOWN THE PHOTO ALSO WHICH I NEED , BUT THEY DELIVERED ME ANOTHER MATTRESS WHEN I COMPLAINT ABOUT THAT THEY SAID THIS ONLY THEY CAN DELIVER IT TO ME AND IF YOU WANT YOU CAN TAKE YOUR MONEY BACK AND RETURN THE MATTRESS , THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LIKE HORRIBLE THEY BEHAVE LIKE WE TOOK THE MONEY FROM THEM AND WE HAVE TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE TO THEM. THE BEHAVIOR OF STAFF OVER NASIR FURNITURE IS HORRIBLE AND NEGATIVE MINDED THEY NEVER HELP THE CUSTOMER AS PER THE CUSTOMER REQUEST,, MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE CARE OF IT OTHERWISE IT WILL GO HORRIBLE....

I dont recommend to buy your furniture from here. Their customer service is very poor. Bought furniture and was forced to make several phone calls to get delivery even after two days. Shop people stopped responding for phone calls. Even small shops able to deliver on sameday.Dont buy from here.

Horrible experience visiting the place. The salesman was so fully engrossed in whatsapp that he barely had time for customers. There was another hapless customer besides me and we were shaking our heads in disbelief at the salespersons lackadaisical attitude. I immediately left the store and went to a nearby one were the persons were only too eager to help and I got the furniture I needed.
