Wonderful store for household items, accessories and furniture including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, drawing room and dining room etc. I visited here various occasions with my family and purchased many items. Recently I purchased one sofa set for my drawing room. Customer service is very good.

I had a very bad experience from this store. We got a 2000 Dhs worth dining table and it had major complaints in 4 months.we tried calling the customer service there was no positive response. We directly went to the store the person who helped us to buy the furniture showed least interested when we went to speak about the complaint. Again after waiting for 15 days we went back and spoke to the floor manager. He said he will help and then, in one week somebody came to check the complaint. After that no news. Nobody came .Their landline number is also no one picks. Pan Emirates is any time better than them.

Absolute worst customer service. Purchased an item from the website, it was delivered to me a few days later. Upon trying to install the item, i discovered one of the parts was broken. Called Home Centre to get a replacement of the broken part, but i was told they can only replace or refund the item in full. I asked for a refund, and till now i am waiting for the Home Centre staff to collect the item (3 weeks now). I called their support centre more than 10 times already, to no avail. The feedback i received was that someone will call me, or the collection is scheduled or the collection agent could not get in touch with me, or worse, i am put on hold for 20 minutes because all agents are busy, only for the phone line to be disconnected by the person on the other side when its finally my turn. Horrible experience. What a shame.

Worst customer service by far. Bought a wardrobe, it was broken after fee months. Called homecenter to fix, they said it has to be replaced and took the faulty part and now after almost 8 weeks they have not replaced or even returned the faulty parts they took. Their customer care phone doesn’t respond to calls.

Great furniture but keep a check on prices during sales. i visited before sale and then during sale and i found the prices 30 percent more and then reduced 30 percent during sales which means the price was the same as it was before sale.

Overall store design could be better

Sharjah Home Centre. AC wasnt working due to which staff were uncomfortable and hence not proactive when it came to assisting customers. Probably just an off day. Good discounts on beatiful beatiful.

Faisal was very very very bad Staff in Sharjah home center i try talked to him regarding my order to help me. and then he went to another place and put his hands on the chair with the manager and they do not consider anyone I tried to talk to him and unfortunately he answered me in an inappropriate way and he did not do any help and the manager Muhammad as well. I never see any employee like this!!!

Very poor after sales service. When you call customer care, no one is there to pick the call. Many emails to their customer support id and no response. Physically visited the store and registered the complaint, still no response. Never expected this poor service from Home Centre. Will not buy again!

This is for all the followers who are following home centre, I bought a console table from home centre sharjah on 8/Oct, they said once its arrived in the store they will call me for confirmation of the item collection. I didn’t receive a call, i called the customer service no. And the guy said u should receive a call, and ofcourse I didn’t receive any!! I came to the store to check on the item I purchased and paid for it, the manager name ‘shoran’ told me u didn’t collect it so it was sent to the warehouse and sold by someone else !!!!! I found it a total rip off !!! They sell u an item, never follow up with u for collection and sell it to someone else ! The staff were rude and didn’t care and give no solution and just gave excuses! I will never buy from home centre and will refund all my items!! I hope the higher management will take an action for this rip off situation!!
