Bought a jacket 3 years ago. used only 4-5 times.was kept in wardrobe.faux leather strip started pealing off.Very Bad Quality.Due to this small portion of bad quality Faux leather strip i will have to throw this beautiful jacket.So frustrated :(

Very bad customer service. Before I even enter the shop, one staff just shout at me: Sanitizier... with NO MANNER,NO SMILE, NO WELCOME. And when I passing him, he roll up his eyes and leave, Im pretty shock until now. Considering there are literally 2 customers at the shop in the morning, I think he is really not in the mood to work.I dont think I will come to Zara Sahara Center branch again. SO disappointed.

Very very very bad customer service. I went to pay and the women clearly made me wait because she had a message to send on WhatsApp. She didn’t even care or told me « hello » she was just super rude. I’ve never seen that. Fortunately a guy with a toi on the arm Cale to help her and he was super polite.

Bad customer service! The staff have a rude discourteous behaviour, when you ask them for a size or particular items. They look at you like you are bothering them. They have no manners at all. I prefer to buy online than going in this store and feel unwelcome. Even the manager which I asked her if she could remove a tag in order to try a belt on me. She was acting like this was a very painful task for her. You want to sell or not ? Do you think by treating your customer this way you will sell ? I know what I am talking about, I worked for inditex and I know their standards.

Very arrogant sales staffs behave like street fighters with customer.They dont know the basics of customer service.They need to be trained smiling and the words like apology and sorry.I will rate the fish market better than this.

Very very bad customer service the girl which l went and ask her to exchange my shirt she was so rude with no respect for customer the lady is from Tajikistan or l don’t know where she from was rude .when l ask them to call manager they start laught they don’t have that much customer to buy the clothes and when they have one or two they acting so bad l don’t like branch Zara in Sahara before taking the staff there manager kindly give them training how to be with customer we are not taking clothes for free you guys acting that much rude we are buying it we are paying for you guys to make business . I am requesting other customer do not go Zara in Sahara branch they don’t have good customer service .
