I have visited to shop at sharjah city center today evening to purchased Flormar makeup Sales lady have attitude problem since she assisted to she is not assist well the way she talking not acceptable i want foundation light color more light the one which i using now she show me but she said that light color is not matching with me i agreed for it but the way she saying not good she said after taking do not blame her why i should blame her then when i m counter the one he told me after discount price and system price is different she said after 25% discount 58 so i said ok i took it when i reach counter price is 70 cashier called her she said 93 after 25% how much and she calculated only she said 69 i told her you said 58 she said its mean she lie i did not say she lie but the way she attend to customer very bad she did not say sorry and each and every customer words she reply instead of saying sorry she against to customer i complained at cash counter until cash counter she came and she said dear if you have any concern tell her why i should tell to her i told her i m talking with landmark staff not to you really bad behavior staff Actually cosmetic staff said worng price is this is not 1st time i have visited to store during covid period also with maxfactor staff same issue i face price different that time sale lady have good behavior she say sorry then i bought this time behavior of sale lady i did not take it i have plan to buy powder or make up as well but i really do not like to ask her so i just decided to paid foundation only but i face price issue in counter she said she did not lie so from where i got the price i m the one who lie her if i lie her what i should get .you should put price was now each item or infrom sale staff calculate properly also she said she has calculator in her counter but she did not calculate and said whatever come from her mouth and bad behavior with customer and until she reached counter gossip with other sale lady about customer totally not acceptable the lady attend to customer look like fighting with her colleague or her friend without respect for customer should train staff how is customer important coz of those kind of the staff effect for brand image. I went to meet store manager as per staff store manager left already before store close and not available on duty supervisor as well just cashier only and have informed cashier you are in big brand have good image should not be happen like that i have visited before life style sahara center i meet very nice and helpful staff i have plan to buy one product only but they sold me all complete set and they offer free gift as well staff should be like that really bad experience price different no matter behavior of staff is matter really do not like a shop at lifestyle city center

I got some good makeup staff for my wife, she liked them so much.Also offers there are great sometimes.
