Actually samsung is trying to lose their loyal customer.. i am writing that and i am having the new z fold phone..The service center all the time not having available spare parts .. fixing phones required more than 4 days .And if u will go with samsung care. Read all the conditions properly dont depend on the verbal conversation with sales people there
Its a medium sized store and has a good number of smartphone, smartwatch and tablet displays. They also have accessories for these items. If you want to see hime appliances displays, thats not going to be a good place to visit. Not a lot of customers visit there, so its a good place to visit if you would like a 1 on 1 talk with a Samsung employee.
Excellent service center ...very courteous and polite and explained the problem on the phone..even though my my galaxy fold 2 the screen was difficult to find which they informed me before I even gave the phone..I received a call within 3 days that is ready and you may collect it ...would recommend the store..
I contacted by phone many times to fix my TV every one speak different and i have warrenty .I will complete 1 month without any response.Just promise in few days that they will fix and after few days nothing happened then i call them again they gave different reason for delaying.They should care more about customer.
Worst customer serviceI had visited the store for servicing my Samsung Galaxy Buds plus. I had been there three times already, yet again my Samsung Buds plus is still faulty. I have never witnessed such a worst customer treatment. The service person was way too rude to me. In fact, the service person only suggested me to post this feedback over the Web. Please think again before visiting this store. They do not know how treat a customer the right way.
Bought S21 ultra from Samsung Sahara Centre. Happy with the way the executive Ms.Ruby explained the Mobile features nd helped me to sorted on transfering the file.Excellent service !!! Looking forward to receive same approach if any service issues arise!!

I purchased s20plus 4 months back and I was facing issue with battery is draining very fast, so I went and they told there is no issue and they mention you have Indian sim card so its consume which doesnt make sense to me so they did some software update and again its same my phone dont last 6hrs also with 100% battery. When I check with chat support of Samsung they mention there should be nothing related to another sim card.
Says s20 Fe is discontinued.... Dont understand why
The executives who handle smartphones have no knowledge about phones. Cant rectify minor issues, which was later fixed by myself 😂

At first I bought samsung tab s5e, it only lasted for 5 months. Two months ago I bought samsung tab s6 and now the same problem I encountered with tab s5e. The technician told me the screen its not covered with the warranty. My tab s6 did not fell or anything. I just used it continously for 10 days and then screen suddenly developed dead pixel. Never again Ill buy anything from samsung. Disappointed
Please avoid Samsung retail and service center at Sahara center. Very bad customer service, miss leading information and they will lie to you and make you pay extra additional protection plan on any device with wrong information so that you trust him and pay. When I went back to warranty you should look at their faces and welcoming attitude if you know what I mean. When walk in customer understood what I had to say, they just logged in my complain and let me go so that i could be away from other customers and they can miss lead info again and make others pay like i did. What a joke.

Bought accessories for my phone ( screen protector for 200 aed and mobile cover 80 aed ) both teared within or less than a week, and when i complained about the quality the supervisor refused to replace them, even though, they told me items could be replaced within month of purchase when i bought them.Bad quality items.Law employees moral.0/10
Please avoid Samsung services in Sahara center Very bad experience I faced, I give Samsung Galaxy S8 plus for screen replacement and they said they have parts available but II will take 2 days time, I agreed that and I asked them about the assembling process they said all process will done on the same place. After 2 days I received a message your phone is ready to collect, then I called the shop and asked which time Im able to collect my phone that time they said my phone is in Samsung head office for replacement works you can collect on next day.On the next day I collected my phone but lot of scratches in back side and the screen now have a pink color and the camera and fingerprint sensors are seems old they cheated on customers.A fake game is going on this place.FIRST THEY SAID THEY HAVE TECHNICIAN AND ALL THE PROCESS WILL DONE ON THE SAME SHOWROOMAFTER 2 DAYS THEY SAYING THAT SCREEN REPLACEMENT DOING IN HEAD OFFICE.Please avoid this customer service center. The malayali peoples inside are part of this fake games to collect money and good parts from the customers device.My phone screen now have pink color on the edges
Lack of experience, the worst experience Ive ever got. Employees there have absolutely no idea about their work. When somebody goes to samsung to fix his SAMSUNG PHONE he supposed to find at least someone who can actually REPAIR phones.Wont be coming back here ever again in my life. And i dont really recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service. Dont look at the negative reviews. I visited the showroom yesterday. My note 9 power and volume buttons were physically damaged. I purchased the phone from noon.com. Initially i contacted the noon team for warranty service. They took my phone for two weeks and later said not able to repair. Hence after receiving back the phone from noon, i visited yesterday to this Samsung showroom. The technician who attended my complaint was very polite and courteous. He told me new parts will arrive in two days. And temporarily he placed buttons with another colour. But still this is very great for me as iam able to use it properly. Once the new parts arrive i will get it replaced. Really very good service from them and also very quick response. I would recommend anyone looking for Samsung service to this showroom.
Visited them for warranty claim... Service guy was professional... Tried to solve the issue at the same time... But since the issue was hardware... I got my mobile back after two days replaced with all faulty parts... They also have the report what is replaced... Good thing is that take care of your device while repairing... No scratches found after repair, as my mobile was scratchless.
My earbud touched stopped working, it was under warranty, they refuse to fix it and they give a claim that there is a scratch on it. I am really disappointed.

I aprroached with my samsung earbuds with a n issue.I spoke to one person who after listening half the way passed me to another.The next one listen to me half way handed over to me a cable and walked away.Then the third came in who was listening to .e and in between he started talking to his colleague on some of their internal issue.I dont want to complain but that seems usual in Samsung retail store.I bursted and asked for attention then he declared he us not the right person.I acted as if I am suffering high pressure.They served me with water.Last person came and heard me.And suggested something like this....My earbuds dont play the uploaded songs from my samsung mobile on both the buds.He instead of trying help me how to correctly transfer mobile .music data to earbuds suggested blue tooth connection and transfer.My question was still not understood properly.I walked out saying I will try it.I somehow managed myself but the songs moved from mobile via usb connection with us did not play on both the buds.I went to them and explained then the situation.Repair order was raised.And he confirmed by same day evening g he will let me know the issue.Yes they called me and said one of the bud is spoilt and cannot play.I told them then why does it play songs by blue tooth connectivity? They said it issue with bud.It will cost me 525.AED.I had bought it for 450AED ..hahahahahaNow no way to talk to them so tool my product back and called samsung800 to explain.They heard me that I have an issue on my Samsung wearable...I was kept on waiting line ....hahahahah....samasung.Now me poor and ruthless samsung.I loose.I sat down to settle with the same without repair and just play music when connected to phone via bluetooth and forget the uploaded songs.TO MY HORROR...THE EARBUD DONT CONNECT TO BLUETOOTHIT PLAYS NOTHINGKNE OF THE BUD GETS HEATED UP AND NEED TO PULL OUT OF EAR SCARY.WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO MY EARBUDIf you have a little shame and want to keep SAMSUNG DIGNITY AND HONOUR.pls sort out my issue..Or forget it.

Excellent support desk team with Quick and Genuine repair!Replaced my S10+ broken screen. Upon Arrival at Service Center, Sanoy from the desk clearly explained the cost, process and timline of 2 hours (Thanks to Nidheesh in Mirdif service center to advise visiting this branch). Handed over the device, a service status update tracker link was sent to the contact number I provided there and promptly got a call within 2 hours stating the device was ready. The device was perfectly repaired!!Special thanks to Rahul from the center who gave additional setting tweaks / tips for the device and invited to visit whenever free for more tips!Additional Update (29/02/2020): These guys continues to amaze me with the quality and honest service. My wifes S8+ phone fell and display stopped working. They could have easily replaced the screen and charged me. But they called and said it worked when they removed the display and reconnected. Did not charge a penny for the service as well.Great going team samsung! Thanks to Akshay (counter staff) as well.

Worst customer service..I gave device to replace back glass because of scratches but they did another scratches in the device!! And supervisor to contact.All Samsung customers will go for apple they will simply replace the device and mostly right the customer.But in Samsung Sahara center always customer is wrong with no evedance! And same staff for repair and management.If ask to complain they will say you have no option, you have to accept what they are saying!!!Notice: No option to remove all stars!! That is why I but one star

One of worst warranty coverage. Water resistance Devices galaxy 7 and note 7 are not covered if water goes inside. They just keep making excuses for 2 months and after 2 months they revert with liquid damage. The stupid devices are supposed to be water resistance but actually with splash of water they cant resist. Moving to iphone

Very very very bad service!!! actually its the worst service I have ever got in my entire life!! the employees have 0 experience, they damaged my galaxy S6 screen while they are finding out how to open it to change the socked, then give it to me back with a broken screen without fixing my problem and ask me for more charge to fix what they have damaged!!!! :@ if you have trouble with your Samsung device I recommend you to fix it by yourself, and never send it there, because you have more experience than Samsung technicians there

Went there to repair a handset. It was still under warranty. They didnt take it asking me to call 800samsung, The store manager Arnel, says they are not Samsung. They are franchisee. Very poor customer service from the store team. They didnt even mind me while i was asking them questions, Very poor service from Vinil, later I came to know he is a cashier, does that mean that he can give poor service. He was also wearing Samsung uniform.Overall there is no guarantee if you buy from there. If something goes wrong they they dont take back even if there is warranty.Never again to that showroom.
Its the worest service i had ever seen , and the staff are not professionals, not cooperate with the customers, looking to gain money from the customers only, my suggestion is to provide all staff a training how is the proper way to deal with customers, my star rate for them is (-5).
