Was not able to get my task done on the 1st visit but the behaviour of the front desk receptionist deserves these 5 stars. Was extremely helpful in trying to explain the requirements and correct procedures. Dont feel sad for a trip that i made in vain.

Very poor service. Have went 3 times to get a refund cheque after received the clearance letter. Not showingup any interest for attending any customers in right way and not valuing time of others.I had drive all way back from dubai to sharjah 3 times for getting my refund back. Useless and time wasting and still not received. Horrible service, even they would have to inform that there is a facility to online transfer for refubd while i submit the cancellation.Need to improve alot and value others times.

One of the worst government department in UAE. You pay and pay and pay still you will get electricity very very very late if you get it. If you want to issue a final bill you have to go on looooong procedure to finish it ( in Dubai you do it in your home by online)

The service is good here,ample parking slots are seen in front of the office without much rush.Also restaurants are there just opposite to the office.There are no metro services since its in Sharjah.

Refund cheque could be collected here and will take around 20-25 minutes for receiving the cheque.Good place nice staff...Supporting people all there.Free parking outside and around the areas.

Complete waste of time, no body answer the phones, the department responsible for projects inspection and putting the meters in the system so people can open the account is wasting a lot of time! The engineers gives the comments after weeks to their supervisors and then it take weeks for approvals although the comments are very basic and doesn’t need to delay the people and owners who are relocating to their new homes. The management needs to look into the people feedbacks and put someone to answer the calls !!!!!!!

One of the worst experience I got here. I came here to complain about a SEWA office manager. I was told that I can only write a complain letter in Arabic and even then its up to the Head of customer service center to accept it or throw it away. No one will listen to my complain if I dont know Arabic? SEWA Customer unhappiness center.Its written everywhere in the office SMILE. From Head of the center to data entry manager, no one knows how to smile and attend the customers.

Worst service provider in the uae..no online payment...no machine will accpet payment except etisalat machines..that also very rare to find and wont accepr new currency..next time i ll request RBI to print old note for sewa payment..once disconnected go to customer care center make full payment then we have to drive and bring payment slip to another department..very funny..i really like the big smile emojy infront of customer center..

They applied 100dhs fine on delayed payed bills above 1000dhs. I only knew after 8 months after paying 6 fines without knowing . They inform me that it was announced in Radio!!! You have my mobile for sms and my email and still using 1940s style!

It takes one week to 10 days to get the deposit refund after vacating the apartments. This puts pressure on those leaving the country. Either leave without getting refund or spend more to get the refund by staying in a hotel. deposit refund. Suggest to simplify the deposit refund process.

Worst customer services. Even if you go directly and request for installments less than 90% the Manager will abuse you and shout like horrible behaviour. Worst ever department not to taking calls ever.Without any notice SEWA champs disconnect the electrcity for some electrical work this is day 2nd and not sure when they finish there work.

Worst service ever .. everything they take charge of eg. you want to pay by visa they take percentage . You want to use application for paying they take charge of application and visa as well .. they don’t help you when u ask them .. they say we don’t know .. when I asked him about my username name he said that the manager left, I told him try to ask anyone he said ok but actually he left and I didn’t know till when I asked his colleague and he told me that his duty was over ..

I don’t understand why you don’t want our contacts !! We spent two hours calling and I called one of the branches. The employee apologized to me because it was her soul and pressured communications. Frankly, she blamed her !!!!!!! You are supposed to deprive more of an employee as long as the amount of pressure is unbearable! In general, we complain to the judge who is the subject of what he refuses to do, not the first time, and I do not think you have a desire to develop your services 🙂🙂

A quarter of its star is not worth ... the Emirates are a federal government and local governments are working hard forward ... and the Electricity Department is unfortunately very late from the rest of the other administration ..
