Worst customer service ever, they even not deserve 1 star.they asked me to come in next day in order to receive my documents, once i came they couldnt find my documents simply they dont have any idea where is it, Im still waiting since 2 hours then they asked me to come in next day again, just went there again in next day and they told me we are waiting for municipality approval just wait for our call once it done!!!If you are planning to visit their happiness centre make sure to inform your manager that you will not be able to attend in the next few days.
I went to connect electricity, what my landlord said it will take 20 minutes turned into 1 hour.Since one employee lost his phone I had to waste my time for him to get into the mood again.I highly suggest to go to any other office if possible, since personal matters affect the customer experience at this location.

A place to cancel your SEWA connection if you are in this offices jurisdiction. Recently they started municipality services (for cancelling your tenancy)also in this office. Good, helping staff members.

From the reception they more of like into Personal discussions not interested to do their routine responsibly. Very hesitant to give clear assistance though they can.

Badly arranged system. Going forward looking for change in Auto reconnection methods since they still follow the old manuel stamping though you paid through Internet banking. Queue system, cant find where you should get a tocken. Needed counter posted with 1 or nill staff and other side lot of staffs just doing chit chat. In the end lack of courtesy.
