WORST SERVICE WASTAGE OF TIME IF YOU ARE TRYING IF YOU ARE TRYING TO CALL THEN YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME. IT WOULD BE GREAT HELP IF YOU COULD PROVIDE REAL TIME CHAT OPTION. THE WORST PART PROVIDED EMAIL ID IS NOT ACTIVE

Very bad experience in my whole life my family is still suffering it take 3-4 days for just account number procedure then after file goes to muncipality after payment there also it will take time and inspite of payment if someone has moved with family have to stay out in hotel till they activate as muncipality attestation takes time and no answer after calling several times and no solution only have to wait.we all have got fever staying out in this climate as we movedfrom dubai and expected connection within 1 or 2 days.it is almost a week now no emergency services..life is totally disturbed after paying.If anyone wants to move from Dubai please make sure u move after a month of starting procedure in sharjah otherwise u will badly suffer especially sewa case.

Very Good government building with ample of waiting space for customers & free parking (paved), but theres always space for improvement.The customer parking is not shaded, given the city​faces extremely hot climate.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my call today to SEWA Head Office number ‭(06) 528 8888‬ and by picking up from operator Yasir Ahmad (name I have asked by myself) regarding to get some advice and clarification my SEWA bills.I never thought the people who works in government place especially in customer service center will be such disrespectful to clients and will provide so poor customer service experience .I tried to ask this gentleman the reason why he was answering to my question without any respect ?! I was shocked by his answer if you don’t like call to 911. Is it a right answer need to provide to client ? It means he his not respecting to the Police and the country government where this men lives himself !I feel sorry for him !I believe the person who will respect at first for himself than after he will respect to others as well !

Worse Exp, Actually i was trying to ask about my refund cheque as i had closed account about 15 days before but whom so ever receives the call they will not till you any thing else only one thing Call 991 and will say it is open 24 hours.... I mean what is it??? NO training, no manners how to talk to customers.......

No one is answering the calls during working hours, and emails are ignored. Even the one star rating is too much on the services received.Why cant customers calls be answered during official working hours? Why is there a service for complaints and suggestions on your website if our inquiries are not answered properly and completely?

Their services are tired ... If you are on the edge of the street or outside the anus, their phone number calls to it, you want to report what is wrong .. You call 991, you will be referred to the place where you are .. You must return the street or in the city of the street to help you settle (a complaint) ) Or a suggestion or any inquiries because they have a number except for this purpose except 991 ..

Their services are tired. We call them someone who will answer you until the switchboard number, they have no answer to you. . We call them twice from days and no one responds. We have evolved, but they look after them, living in the first place
