The moment you walk in, you will feel unwelcomed. They dont want to hear you out or ask about your preference but ask to chose from what they have. They were more so annoyed that they had a customer. I would not recommend anyone visiting here.

Bad and unprofessional customer service, the “jeabon/جيبون was not well designed, they ‘force’ customers to select certain items in a very deceiving way! Prices were high and difficult to negotiate. I don’t recommend it at all!

The dresssse are nice, but they don’t have a good customer service what ever Design you show them is insulated whilst you listen when they show you their style.I don’t blame they are two old couples (assumption), but I wouldn’t advise any one to go there if they want to negotiation.If there was any rate below 1 I would have given, very annoying people at first I was welcomed. But later they were sending me away indirectly!!!ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

I REGRET renting my dress from this place for the following reasons:They didn’t not allow me to try the bridal dress despite the fact that I was serious. They only care about money not the customer’s satisfaction and they let you wear the dress only in the prova day 6 days before the wedding. The prova is only 10 mins in a tiny room where you can’t walk or set down. They did not give me the cover of the dress (Bornos) or anything except the ‘Tarha’. On the wedding day we couldn’t mach the ‘Gibbon’ with the dress and I called them twice to explain the issue and all what they said that we had not follow the rules. I asked them to send someone to help us in fitting on the Gibbon to my dress but they didn’t and was like “you should’ve booked someone for 1500 AED to help you in the dress”!!!! Really upset with their service
