Best online shopping app I cant wait for them to open back. I miss lazord

I ordered for 3 dresses & 1 top. Was very skeptical about placing the order together as it was my first time. But I must say Lazord has totally impressed me, not only did they deliver in 2 days, everything looked as perfect as on the website. Thanks Lazord, will definitely shop more from you.

IM THEIR REGULAR BUYER, BEFORE I LIKE THIS WEBSITE AND I RECOMMEND TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS, BUT FOR NOW I DONT WANT TO ORDER AGAIN BECAUSE BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE I ORDERED MANY ITEMS, 2 ITEMS ARE VERY BIG BASED ON THE SIZE THAT THEY MENTIONED ON THEIR WEBSITE, I WANT TO CHANGE IT IN ANOTHER ITEM OR ELSE I WANT TO REFUND THE MONEY..BUT NOW THEY TOLD ME THEY NEED TO INSPECT AND I NEED TO PAY 20 AED FOR THE COURIER.. OMG! ONLY THIS WEBSITE HAVE RULES LIKE THAT NOT LIKE SOUQ OR OTHER ONLINE COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEMS YOU CAN RETURN DIRECT WITHOUT ANY FEES.I PUT MY REVIEW BECAUSE IT IS BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE TO THEM..I WANT IMPROVEMENT ESPECIALLY ON THE RETURNED ITEMS.

I don’t recommend this website to anyone based on my experience. I ordered clothes, they have brought me the wrong size, they collected the clothes back, I haven’t seen my money or my clothes since.
