I love how they have all the products even when Carrefour(who is larger ) doesnt

I ordered my groceries thru a third party app (Instashop) I got a discount of AED 20 from the app but the delivery guy still took the full amount (not discounted) from me, but I didnt notice. After 2 days, they called me and they told me that they will return the AED 20 because it was charged to me by mistake and that they are sorry for it. Thank you for the honesty. The products are fresh too.

Good supermarket, especially for expats from Asian countries

This branch dont have pork compare to dubai branches..

Some staff are not accomodating or helping the costumerand they dont want to deliver my stuffs even though its nearby the store..

Prices compare to other hypermarkets is hit less here. They have fresh vegetables and other products however Due to the region base they don’t sells pork meats like Dubai store does. It’s worth to do the shopping here in compare to prices and Fresh products.

One star is because I couldnt rate zero. They dont pay any value to customer complaint and no value for money. There is no other supermarket which behave in a way to customer like they do.

No pork section. They dont have liver spread. Still good to have a Westzone in Sharjah but not the Westzone you might have been used to in Dubai.
