The total ambiance was good but for vegetables and sea food section to be improved since less space and variety of items. Very clean and tidy. Also only 2 cashiers which will take more time. The number of counters are also less compared to other Lulu Hypermarket. First floor is for food and groceries. 2nd floor is garments and electronic items. Ground floor have good parking facilities. All vegetables seems to very fresh and of good quality, the is on higher side when comparing with nearby other supermarkets.

When the ambiance is good definitely the Daily perishable goods and Vegetables needs to have 100% quality when it comes to brand.If we compare the Lulu Karama and Lulu Stadium the quality makes a difference compare to rest lulu.In Sharjah Nabhaa Lulu as i am the regular visitor, as i am very much particular about the Vegetable quality which is missing with the management for supply.Several complaints which was notified to management regarding the quality, because we pay for it. As they need to keep the quality and each one must be responsible for same.Suggestion:- If good quality is not available in the market, please do not display it..

One of better organized hypermarket from Lulu chain.Even though small in size as compared to new hypermarkets of Lulu group but all sections are well organized with limited staff . All precautions are taken even during Covid pandemic time for temperature checks but security is not like other outlets.

Store is divided into 3 separate sections, with separate cashiers. So if you want to purchase from dept store and also groceries, you have double the time in queue and also keep half your items in customer service, qnd then remember to collect it also.Nice variety in Homeware - dept section.

Sales mans needs training on induction and infrared cookers and its difference. I wonder they cant say which cookingware for which type of cooker ..👎

Very bad experience in the fish division. The fish cleaning staff were not at all serving and dont know how they are handling. Poor and poor service. I will never visit. See the spoiled fish picture.

Three levels of merchandises for your satisfaction. I cant imagine one thing I didnt find there. Hot foods section always has great offers. They have Indian food all the time along with other countries traditional dishes like Chinese rice with vegetables, Thai food, and others. Almost they make offers all the time.

Great place to shop , loved the range of items in the grocery store and the electronics range isnt the best but the prices are good on accessories like SD cards , the fashion range isnt really good other than its small range of Sketchers, Arrow and few others rest is really low quality stuff at a pretty penny . Its sad its quite empty not many customers which is a good thing for shoppers I guess , the bakery is BAD I got Macarons and Pie both were horrible quality the savoury hot food is decent not amazing and I will give it acceptable because its modesty priced. Quality of Service is Very Poor; We had to email their HQ just to follow up properly on the item that we bought. The manager from the Electrical Items is very bad in customer service & poor in English. Also, You can try calling them and see how the customer service is, because when we called they had it hangup intentionally for a lot of times. And after they answer the phone, its seems you called the wrong number because the manners seems to not match their type of service. but on the positive side, I love their grocery; A lot of items to choose from.
