A very big and beautiful Lulu hypermarket located in Muweilah. It is the 198th branch of Lulu. The exterior and interior of the hypermarket looks very nice. You can buy whatever you want for cheap prices. It has a variety of products and offers many discounts. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and good. I personally like this hypermarket very much. Overall a very good hypermarket and a must visit in this area. It is best to visit during less crowded times.

I wish they have 0 stars. Very bad customer service.I bought a brand new phillips trimmer and after few weeks the trimmer was not able to hold charge. I went to their claim section . They took trimmer with my invoices and never called back. When I inquire them they told some water gone inside. We cannot cover the claim , they never have the decensy to even tell me . I am the one always following up. This trimmer was hardly use 10 weeks but its complete warranty was for 2 years. Though when I bought any other product with other stores . They always listen and repair or replace it but they will never take things back even if something come faulty from company. I would suggest all my viewers , please never buy any electronics or items those they claim have warranty . In reality those are cheap and defective products and should be avoid at any cost.I am being honest and transparent about teir after sales support.

Hidden gem next door to Safari. The supermarket section is spotless. They have a massive selection of teas. The bakery has some interesting cakes and pies. Worth a visit for your grocery shopping. It gets quite busy on a Thursday night. Pull in and get your shop on!

Since it is newly opened still vacant spaces are there to be occupied. But offer wise it is the same as every other Lulu outlet. However certain products prices are not reasonable.

Its crowded during weekends and holidays, Parking is always available, sometimes the vegetable and fruits are not really fresh and good as other LULU outlet, I used to buy from Al Wahda LULU, be careful when you buy. However they always have some nice offers.

A good place for family shopping. Sufficient inner space and space between the racks so it can accommodate the crowd. Support staff are very helpful and not only they guide us on our enquiry but they will accompany us to the product. only issue I could found is that there is no ATM machines of any banks. to withdraw money we need to go to the next mall. And taxi area is empty you have to wait for the taxi.

I always enjoy shopping at Lulu. Here, too almost every thing is available except fresh flowers (on regular basis).

This is the only LuLu I would highly recommend to people for their daily and grocery shopping. Being new, it’s very clean, neat and spacious. The various rows of storage racks have ample space between them that you love to roam around and do your shopping. They seem to have good promotions with reasonable savings for the shoppers.

Good offers in the supermarket, however the mall maintenance is bad, elevators and bathrooms are dirty and unsanitary and bad mall odor.

Very Nice,Clean and Organized! Every other product is easily available and also has a lot of stock of it. The Fridge and Refrigerator sections are also very big.Parking easily available.

Very disappointed with the behavior of the staffs. I have purchased one hand bag for my wife for gifting. They promised me that they will wrap this as a gift. At last they changed their words and argued with me. Finaly one staff spent more than 45 minutes to wrap it. It was a disaster. please view the attached picture.

Have been here few times now, plenty of parking easily available. Store is big and have huge variety and great offers. Biggest downside is that the store is on second floor, not enough lifts. Good addition to Muweilah, now we have 3 major super stores within 1km radius.

I recently went to Lulu and it had good offers but the box of Kelloggs cornflakes I bought has expiry in only 2 days. I realized it only after reaching home and by then I had thrown the bill away. Be extremely careful when buying products in Lulu. I would be glad to put zero stars but cant post my review without giving at least one star.

First of all I am writing this review in 29 January 2021. This Mall has opened almost one or two or three weeks back. They are giving a lot of offers for the customers. Huge space for shopping and all the items that we want has kept the for shopping. I really like it and I am very happy with the first that they have given. The staff employees and the customer care are behaving customers very friendly and respectfully. The pulley trolleys for the shopping is very good and good looking. Spacious interiors of supermarket in this mall.

One of the favorite destinations for shopping in muweillah now….we can do hygiene shopping. They are keeping all the items are good quality and fresh. They have very good customer service.

I went for kids school shoes and its affordable and I got perfect size for my kids. I found an Indian flower store in the first floor.

Better to avoid shopping on weekends, due to high traffic in that area..

Lulu hypermarket one popular Mall in UAE.. Product Quality is very Good..

Its big and excellent decorated hyper market. But all the shops not yet open inside the building.. they are coming soon. One negative point is that their Fish section. Alwys less people posted there and very time consuming and hectic to get your fish.

Lulu hypermarket is one of the big brands in market due to the big hypermarket market chain specially in Gulf region and also due to the good reputation in this business ... Muwailah branch is the same style in items organising and all departments that makes customers enjoy the clean and fully organised environment .But the marketing plan is different a little from other branches as in Muwailah the competition is on fire with the other 3 big hypermarkets, Safari, Nesto, and recently Carrefour al-Zahia which is only 5 minutes away ... in Lulu hypermarket Muwailah still you can see the personality of Lulu in bakery, meat section, fish section, vegetables and fruits side, and every other department ... everything is clean and organised and very good offers are there every Friday and Saturday ... parking area is free around and inside the building ... 2 lifts inside to take customers up to 3rd level where you can shop garments, shoes, Electronics, and more ... shopping experience is a real joy in Lulu hypermarket Muwailah .

Currently doesnt have a food court/a place to sit and have a quick bite. Furthermore, staff is quite professional and pleasing.

Its big enough with three floors but with only two elevators and two escalators, it takes quite a long time to reach the top floors.. and to get back down as well because theyre so slow!!! Especially during these covid times, I wouldnt go here in a hurry.. or in a crowd.. 🙄

They have buy 2 and get 1 offer. Date of purchase 29th Jan 2021. We got 3 dresses based on the promotion however they have punched for 4 dresses and the bill shows a discount for one dress. Shoppers be careful before buying from this shop. They show fancy discounts but check your bill and the number of items you got before you leave from this lulu in Muweilah. Extremely disappointed.
