No regards for patients difficultiesI had an irritation in right eye, it started in the morning and by afternoon became worse had to see the doctor. Went in as walk-in they insisted on taking appointment for next day I told them clearly about the condition and I can’t wait for 1 more day. But they had no regards for my condition and told me the doctor can’t see me. I couldn’t take appointment in advance because I didn’t knew in advance that such infection will happen to my eye on this day this time.What is the use of education if they couldn’t recognize the emergency and act compassionately.Hospital sector is called service industry for an reason if they can’t uphold the values then it’s a shame.

I decided to visit the clinic after reading the reviews here. Thanks to all those who posted!I made appointment with both Eye and Dental doctor. The eye doctor, Dr Ramesh is i believe one of the kindest eye doctors i know. He first listened to my concerns and after the check up, he gave me various options on how to move forward and asked if all was clear. Dr Shafeer worked on my teeth. He was also very kind…made me feel at ease. Money is a huge concern because my insurance doesnt cover both eye/dental. I had called various other clinics and this one is the most affordable. I did not see any clinic parking, so i parked opposite paid parking. Clinic was clean…atmosphere was good…staff were friendly. Overall, this will be my eye/dental clinic as long as i am in UAE InshaAllah.

I had recently visited this clinic for my babys ear piercing. I had a wonderful experience here. The staff and doctors here are amazing. I must mention since we had an infant we were given personal attention by the staff and our doctor Dr. Neenu George, thank u Maam for explaining very well about how to care the childs ear lobes after piercing done. And must not forget to mention that Certificate of Bravery for my child which is really unique. It was my first visit and I had the best experience. Best clinic in Abu Shagara. Doc. Tejas is an awesome MD Practitioner and is also very humble. Even the other staffs here are quite good at what they do. Also, waiting area has an amazing Charlie Chaplin vidoes that keeps you entertained while waiting

Starting our first experience meeting with GP Dr. Thejas and Dr. Neenu specialise for children and all other front reception & Lab. team and cleaning staff.I am very happy and satisfied with all their phenomenal services offered as well as the medical nurse staff who are very dedicated and incredibly good at their jobs.The care that we have received is always has been remarkable than going to any big level of hospital.NOOR has always made us feel like we are being treated by family rather than by medical staff. Didn’t liked the service much ... I was having fever and shivering and they let me wait an hour just because the system is not working.... health is not given a priority that to procedure which is very much diss -appointing...

I had always had a good experience each time i visited this clinic. It has a good atmosphere and each patient is taken so much of care by the staff. They understand the difficulty of waiting despite of being sick.They always make sure that the patient is fully satisfied by their service. I had some confusions with them twice (1.The money that I had to pay after consultation. 2. Token for appointment was not taken in the time I wanted) Both my problems were solved in highly satisfactory manner.The doctors are good and experienced enough and do not prescribe overdose medicines unnecessarily. I go to Dr. Neenu for my 2 year old daughter.I suggest Sabah Al Noor to hire a Gynecologist and Pediatrician.

Had a great experience today, As I got consulted with Dr. Neenu Gerge ( one of the simple/ caring doctor )through teleconsulataion, its my first experience, once I registered with the clinic within no time I got the follow up call and got appointment in zoom video consultataion, even the medicine is delivered on my door step, thanks a lot fr ur team including the teleconsultant who gave apt guidance on time... keep going.. 👍

One the best Medical facility, I have seen. I been visiting this facility for the last 5 to 6 years (since it started). All Doctors, nursing Staff, Admin and receptionist are very cooperative and help full. They guide us in the best possible way.My favourite is Dr. Tejas uttaran, the best diaboligist and GP, I have ever met. He is aware of the latest medicines available and suggests the best considering our future health. He explains the root cause of the problem which helps us to take precautions moving further.I had my sugar levels out of control before 4 years and within an month or 2, he helped me to bring it normal.This month too, my HB1C report was very bad. He prescrided me an latest medicine available and I am surprised to see my sugar levels between 120 to 140 withina week. This was the first time my sugar levels were at 120 In pasting after so many years.thank you Dr.for making this happen. Its recommended for all diabetic patients to try Dr. Tajes Medication. I am a regular visitor (whenever am sick) of this clinic and I have recommended this clinic to lots of my friends through Mr Mujeeb(marketing staff). All of them are really appreciating about the service.What we all noticed is this clinic is primarily giving importance to patients by giving good service rather than making it as a business.Most of big clinics are mainly focusing on the revenue by advising unnecessary lab tests and xray. But Al noor is entirely different here.
