Organizing needs improvement. No alignment at all. Skipping and unclear instructions given.Nurses attitude needs improvement as well. Some are very ill mannered.But PCR result is fast, 5-6 hours. Costs AED 100.

The staff is good cooperative and PCR test is quick but charging AED 100 for PCR test and as UAE has slashed Covid PCR cost to AED 50 accross the country but they have not changed the prices.When i asked at the counter the lady at reception replied that AED 50 only in Government facilities.I think the goverment agencies shall collaborate/check with the managment for price standardization.

I really don’t want to give even one star.. Pathetic… every where it’s declared 50dhr for COVID test but thy forced me to 100 thy told thy are following there own protocols and uae rules govt rules which is told unfair. Thy are playing with our emergency n needs in this pandemic… I will want management to reply about my concerns I even email it …

Only good for covid test. No response of the phone. It hanged out automatically no matter how hard you try. Ppl over the resorption ve no knowledge n act to be smart n sharp but they are not. Waste so much time.

Good doctors n nurses. But long queue sometimes for registration. Poor management skills. Waiting time is unacceptable. Even if u take appointment they wil never consult u on time. Lack of good parking area. Its all due to top management issues.

Poor service. Did the Lab tests which were in offer for 200dhs. Reports sent to email lacked most of tests mentioned on the offer list. Had to follow up several times to send us the missing lab reports. Reception did not mention there were 2 offer package which included ECG tests for 250 dhs. I would have chosen that as my mother had chest pain for several days. Very bad service. 👎

The services are perfect but they should reduce the PCRs value at least for the regular customers.

It was absolute fantastic experience at Thumbay while having Covid-19 test. All Covid-19 related protocols and housekeeping standards are up to the mark there. Nursing staff particularly someone called Mrs. Prema s attitude and manners were quite professional. I suggest strongly to have experience there.

Went there for the COVID testing with my co-workers. Observed that SOME of the staff:1) voices (tone) when answering questions are higher, like they are irritated,2) they dont greet or smile to the patients.3) needs to improve their customer care service.4) called ( today 3/7/21 1:19pm until 1:43pm) to inquire about the availability of the doctor and price of the offer, he put me on hold and transfer my call for more than 10 minutes, no one pick up my call. Call again 2x still no one answering the call.

On 15th March 2021 afternoon, I visited your Sharjah Muweillah branch near Fire Station and was particularly impressed by a lady receptionist wearing blue suit. She attends to customers querries very well and offered guidance with smile. I asked for a customer feedback form but they were not available. I wanted to furnish the hospital with this feedback. Very rare breed of receptionist. Didnt get her name though. All the best to her and your hospital.

The lady calling the names was so rude I was talking to her she ignored me I talked to her several time but she still ignored me she let people that came after me go in before me when people come to talk to her she answered but when I came it was like I wasn’t there I don’t think I would came back because I don’t appreciate being ignored

Worst hospital ever in UAE On telephone conversation they update different information that certain tests are covered under insurance only if u consult GP and then when consulted GP he told it’s not covered ,,I wasted my consultation fees ,,and time this is how you misguide people ,, Atleast update with right information and just not waste people time by utter lies ... It’s not even about money they waste patients time m really done with thummbay ,, and let me just say this thing I had a good insurance card, I pay heavy premium and I know that it covers lot of test... . We overall had a good experience here in thumbay hospital during my wife’s pregnancy .Gynecologist Dr. Meenaxi and Radiologist Dr. Santhosh were very good and were clearly explaining all our concerns and also were patient enough to clear all our queries.

Visited last in NOV. 2019Nice hospital but NO dedicated Car parking for Hospital visitors causes too much problem.Sharjah Government authorities need to provide better services & review Hospital parking facilities.

U asked me about branch it was muwallieh thumbayy day care . Your PR manager was trying to convince very smartly that it is not our fault that if insurance has denied , my only point was you guys should convey correct information , there are other hospitals too in uae who don’t convey wrong information on phone when asked . For you people it might be a very minute thing but for patients we have other work too . My time was so wasted that day due to ur negligence or mistake whatever u can call it . Also I want to tell ,,, One month before my husband came to ur hospital he had cough etc ur doctor suggested too many tests which was not even required my husband didn’t get well and we visited different hospital and there he got diagnosed and got well within few days , don’t try to drain as much as from insurance . Be professional or you guys will really loose patients , we very much regular with your hospital but not any more . There is no coordination between ur reception staff or call centre staff whatever u call it and between doctors . That’s it I don’t want to comment more . Thankyou .
